Amazing design details chill you up & in the same time relax you. You need to experience it! :-)

Owners of the Resort are exceptionally nice people. Wooden design of the whole resort, all little details are so amazing. Breakfast so nice with everything you expect in the healthy manner. Parking in front of the resort and also cca 5 min to the skiing slopes.

Sauna, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, amazing view from the room.

Breakfast could start earlier to allow leave earlier to hike. For this price I think they should not charge for tea outside of the breakfast. The bed supposed to be double but it was actually 2 beds put together so not so comfy.

Gorgeous stay

Great experience between gorgeous mountains. The owner of the hotel was very helpful as well. We traveled during the summer and enjoyed a lot with hiking, definitely need to try in the winter

AMAZING LOCATION, GREAT VIEW AND WELCOME APPROACH

I really enjoyed the breakfast and family approach of the owner and other workers. The view from the window and sauna to the Dachstein was breathtaking.

The WIFI connection was horrible.

The Bio Hotel Bergkristall offers a delightful stay with helpful staff who greet you with a smile everyday. Enjoyed fantastic breakfast featuring a healthy mix of sweet and savory options. Its convenient location near Schladming and surrounded by natural beauty adds to its charm. The highlight is the beautiful sauna with a mountain view, providing a tranquil and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended for an Alpine getaway.

Very friendly and good value for money

Nice healthy selection of food and a special effort was made to provide food when I left very early on my last day. The view from the sauna is one of the best you will ever find, stunning.

The breakfast area is rather small and can become crowded. Also, it started at 8am and this is a bit late if you want to get on the slopes early. At times, there was a shortage of certain items and it was difficult for one person to do everything. An additional staff member would help for the busy times.

Superb

The hotel is a very easy 5 minute walk to Rohrmoos centre. Good access for ski hire and ski lift. My room had been refurbished since I stayed a few years ago. It was a single room and was very nice and comfortable. I had friends staying elsewhere in the resort so enjoyed skiing and eating out with them. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

The weather was just what the resort needed. It snowed almost every day so visibility for skiing was sometimes very tricky. A total contrast to a March holiday a few years back when ski conditions were good and the sun shone every day!

Breakfast. No variety. No warm staff. Dry eggs. Space for improvement. Room hardly 30m2 as advertised. Furniture obsolete. The balcony of next room was in front of our room window. Impacted privacy.

Nagyon tetszett a koncepció, az egyedisége, a reggeliztetés módja, a szauna és a relaxációs hely maximálisan kielégítő volt. Kutya- és gyerekbarát. Minőségi reggeli választék. Távozáskor apró figyelmesség, ajándék.

A szobához tartozó erkélyen lévő kültéri bútoroknál hiányoltam az ülőpárnát. A WIFI elérhetősége reggel 8-23 óra közé korlátozódik. A szobában a légmozgást elősegítő ventilátor hiánya.

Ruhiges, familiäres Hotel mit erholsamen Sitzgelegenheiten outdoor. Vielseitiges und spannendes Frühstücksangebot. Schönes, großzügig geschnittenes Zimmer. Die Seidenhühner waren ein besonderes Highlight für mich.

W-LAN zeitlich begrenzt, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Bio-Ansatz nicht gänzlich nachvollziehbar, keine Bewirtung abends (ausschließlich Self-Service mit Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank). Dusche für große Menschen suboptimal (Armatur an Längsseite der Dusche angebracht, dadurch öfters an Duschwände angekommen - Jammern auf hohem Niveau, dennoch ein Thema des Komforts).
