Overall, the great service, food, and facilities made for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was equally impressive, especially the desserts. The spa area was well maintained and incredibly relaxing. The team prepared a lovely birthday surprise, which made our stay even more special, and also accommodated a few of our extra requests.

If you’re traveling in winter with skis and without a car, it’s worth considering the logistics in advance, as the hotel is located on hillside: In our case, we rented our skis from a shop that offered overnight storage, so the short daily walk/hike to and from the Planai (Planet) lift wasn’t an issue for us. However, if you bring your own equipment, carrying skis back and forth, especially in ski boots, can be quite challenging. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to Planai West make things easier. From there, you can transfer to the ski bus and go to other mountains. Getting around between hotel and the train station by public transport is also somewhat complicated, and while the direct walk is relatively short, it’s not particularly scenic or pleasant. The wait time for a taxi from the hotel is about 45 minutes, but might be shorter in less busy times.

never again for me, there are so many other nice places in Schladming

Room (relatively modern), view on the city and mountains is breathtaking

breakfast (food quality and presentation was one of the worst I´ve seen in the last 40+ years), staff was extremely unfriendly and sometimes even rude. outdoor seating is available, but can´t be used for no reason even if it´s sunny outside. dog is accepted, but don´t expect anything (bed, snacks, ...) other than paying 30€/night.

Disappointing.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony! The sauna facilities were great.

We booked our room with half board. The breakfast was fine. The evening meal was disappointing and was offered to a very restricted time span ( 6-7 pm). The photos shown by booking.com looked fantastic but the good we received was not. The meat was over-cooked and the side dishes were bland and the vegetables were the same on both evenings. The restricted time span for dinner led to a very stressful evening meal at the time of day that we were in need of a relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely Wonderful Hotel Experience!

This hotel is truly amazing! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — they made us feel at home from the very first moment. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the majestic mountains. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s a beautiful waterfall. The food was delicious, And let’s not forget the spa! The wellness area is top-notch, with great saunas and a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

The hotel was flawless tbh, room, food, staff, design, welness all awsome.

It would have been better if the breakfast was earlier, so if you would like to catch the very first gondola/skilift you could do so. Kinda few parking slots at the feet of the hotel, so take that into account if you choose to go to the slopes by car. Which is likely, since it is far from reach in full skiing gear, in normal clothes however you could do so, with a little walk.

Beautifull new hotel with great wellness. Fabulous views on Dachstein and Schladming. Even not on the ski piste still 2-3 min by car to Planai West. Hotel staff will take you to Planai West as well as pick you up in the evening. Excelent dinner with many courses. Sauna with view on Dachstein is a great bonus.

Everything was perfect, the staff is very freindly and the dinner and breakfast were superb. All compliments to the chef. The view on Schladming is very nice. We will defenetly return and would recommend it to everyone.

Some facilities are missing, community room to gather outside of bedrooms and stuff is not flexible.

Dinner was exceptional, Spa part was cool and the ski lockers. Hotel was very close to the town. Rooms were clean, although a bit of modernization is required still on bathroom front.

No community or a cosy living room where we could have played table games. Unfriendly stuff at reception and they are not flexible enough when it comes to special requests.

Krásné výhledy

Snídaně i večeře vynikající, milý personál, moc hezké zázemí wellness, hotel je na skále mimo město, nádherný výhled do okolí. Škoda jen, že časové okno pro večeře je krátké od 18:30 do 20h a wellness (sauny) je pouze do 19h. Majitelé jsou moc nápomocný. Lyžování je 5 -10 min autem od hotelu.

Pokoj byl velmi malý bez chodbičky, takže byl slyšet hluk z chodby a jiných pokojů. Bohužel ve 4.patře nefungovala wifi, tak vypadával signal. Jinak nemáme co vytknout. Rádi se vrátíme.

Ein kleines feines Hotel mit bestem kulinarischen Angebot.

Ein liebevoll familiengeführtes Haus. Der Chef kocht phantastisch gut und lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist überraschend schön und gut ausgestattet.

Schade ist, dass der Gastrobereich nur zum Abendessen zwischen 18:30 und 21:00 geöffnet hat. Das eine oder andere gemütliche Glaserl am Nachmittag oder auch Flascherl zum Tagesausklang wäre schon nett.
