Most restaurant staff was not very accommodating, and we expected higher culture (eg. dresscode for dinner) for the amount of money paid.

great location, well equipped cottage, amazing water pressure, comfortable bed, parking, sauna

no complaints, I personally only missed my tea kettle that allows me to select temperature and a kitchen scale, but the kitchen does have all you could need for your stay!

Nice weekend gateaway in a nice location, good food

Nice location, clean hotel, great food, good firm beds.

Soundproofing in the rooms at the hotel does not exist. We stayed in room 205 and the neighbors next door woke us up everyday at 5am (you can hear everything, from flushing toilet, showering, slamming doors, walking, talking) which is not something you would want when on vacation. The rooms were recently renovated, sadly they didnt think about putting some extra sound isolation for more comfort.

Wonderful.

Loved everything about the hotel. Don't feel they made enough of the underground links between the buildings. So easy to get to the spa. Food options were plentiful and everything delicious. Ten steps from the room to the piste. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The downside of staying on the mountain, not many alternative options in the evening, and not super close to a supermarket. Wasn't an issue for us as we had half board, but something to consider for people staying in a chalet.

Great but location not ideal for young children

Huts were very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and food from the restaurant was great.

Location not very convenient for young children learning to ski as it’s a steep red slope down so we ended up driving down to the bottom with the ski stuff most days. Bed linens should be included in room price (who brings that with them!?) Pain au Chocolate way too much sugar! (though the kids didn’t seem to mind!)

Great staff, great Spa and Great location

The staff were very accommodating and made our stay perfect. The spa was amazing, so was the location.

The dinners were ok. Main course were good but the starters were very weak. Breakfast buffet lacking fruit and vegan options.

The surrounding location and views are stunning .the restaurant Inside is Cosy but diningroom extensions lack charm

It is a bit cramped and I would suggest if you book a chalet for 8 not occupying it with more than 6 people .

Absolutely amazing location with incredible views, cutest cottages and a great restaurant. Very reach breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Big territory with rabbits, goats, donkeys and horses to pet. Forest with mushrooms and wild berries starts in less that just a hundred meters from the main building.

Určitě jeden z nejlepších, jestli ne vůbec nejlepší zimní pobyt na lyžích v mém životě!

Navzdory (asi už dřívějším) recenzím byly snídaně i večeře opravdu bohaté, srovnatelné s dražší restaurací. Velký výběr, obměňovaný, nápaditá menu. Wellnes byl z hotelu Jagdhaus přístupný tunelem v županu, samotné wellnes velmi příjemné, nepřeplněné. Lyžování opravdu začínalo za domem, velmi pohodlné. Perosonál byl moc milý, vytvářel příjemnou atmosféru.

Atemberaubender Urlaub

Atemberaubende Aussicht. Schöne gemütliche Hütte. Wir hatten eine "Wildere 1". Super freundliches Personal. Seifenspender und Shampoospender. Kaminzubehör super. Sauna in der Hütte mit super Aussicht. Toilettenpapier ist gut gefüllt.

Das die Bettwäsche und Handtücher Option wird extra angeboten. Ich finde die Hütten sind recht teuer und man erwartet alles für diesen Preis. Wie in einem Hotelzimmer.

Wunderschöner Fleck mit allem was man für entspannte Tage braucht.

Alles! Personal unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, unglaubliche schöne ruhige Lage. Spa Bereich super, Essen fantanstisch. Besonderer Pluspunkt als Mountainbiker: Bikepark Stecke kommt direkt am Gelände raus!

Fees für Hund etwas teuer, 25 Euro am Tag.

Večeře byly chutné, pokoje čisté, hned u sjezdovky.

Snídaně průměrné, málokdy byly doplněné např.vaječina, čerstvé nápoje, mizerný výběr čerstvého ovoce. Měli jsme pocit že na čechy pohlíží personál "jinak" než na domácí rakouské občany. Každý den jsme měli pro nás určený stůl někde jinde a museli ho hledat. Umístění pokoje na straně k budově s restaurací byl špatný výběr- celou noc byl slyšet hluk z odvětrávání.
