Unser Aufenthalt auf der Eselfarm bei Darko war einfach unvergesslich und für uns das Highlight unserer Reise. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Darko unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft er seinen Hof und sein einzigartiges Eselprojekt aufgebaut hat. Die Liebe zu den Tieren und die besondere Atmosphäre auf der Farm machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Am nächsten Tag haben wir auch seine Familie und seinen Sohn kennengelernt, die uns ebenfalls mit einer außergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit begegnet sind. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie ein Teil der Familie. Das Frühstück war ein Genuss – viele Zutaten stammen aus dem eigenen Garten und der Käse aus Eselsmilch war etwas ganz Besonderes und unglaublich lecker. Wir können diese Farm jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer einen authentischen Ort mit herzlichen Menschen, außergewöhnlichen Tieren und einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre erleben möchte, sollte unbedingt hier übernachten. everything was fantastic, the nature/location. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast and dinner all homemade and prepared by the family's grandmother and of course the 'schnapps' made by the grandfatther of the family. The concept of the farm is to be self-sufficient. Ognjen told us a lot about the farm and the life in Montenegro. And of course the lovely donkeys and the dog Hans. It's a peaceful place and shows how beautiful life can be. Wim and Stephanie

A really special experience and incredibly kind people. The farm is in a beautiful place, the donkeys are sweet, and we ate delicious home cooked food. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The farm is a unique experience for people who like nature combined with a certain comfort. The room was clean and located directly next to the donkeys. After waking up, you directly can grab a chair and just watch them chilling - very relaxing for us as well. Even arriving at 1am was easy due to the perfect description by Ognjen, despite the road to the property is a bit bumpy. The whole family helps on the farm and is very welcoming…A chat during the breakfast is a must.
