clean and rather comfortable ; the staff is nice

for sure not a 5 stars hotel;while the breakfast proposed various pastries fresh fruits salt and sweet dishes .. the drinks were horrible; the juices were from the concentrate you have to pay for fresh orange juice or even for mineral water.. the other drinks for free were not good at all. Pity.. also the location is not nice.. the beach was small and crowded with people that were not from the hotel. So to me an average 4stars rather affordable

Beautiful Hotel, Disappointing Experience I stayed at this hotel for two nights. At first glance, everything looked amazing – the design, the vibe, the promise of luxury. But the reality didn’t match the expectations. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, we never got towels unless we asked repeatedly, and the TV didn’t work until someone came to fix it. The outdoor pool was freezing and not really usable. The biggest issue was with breakfast. It was supposed to be included, but we were offered a “floating breakfast” by the pool for an extra €15 – which we agreed to. At checkout, I was surprised to find a €20 charge for that, plus another €50 charge for an extra breakfast we never agreed to. When I asked, instead of listening or showing any understanding, the guest relations manager spent nearly an hour explaining why I “misunderstood” their emails. There was zero empathy and no attempt to make things right. I left feeling like the hotel saw me as a credit card, not a guest. The whole experience left a bad taste. Tip to the hotel: try listening to your guests. Respect their time, their money, and their experience. Sadly, I won’t coming back..
