    This isn't a five star hotel. Yes, it's hot great facilities but it's fraught with shortcoming. Adult pools (swim lanes) full of children, unmanned, accident waiting to happen. Food areas (buffet) captures really unhygienic pick up of food with hands despite tongs, eating over the food displays, lack of temperature control. Forget the fitness in the pool classes. Totally overun with older kids on inflatables. Feel bad for the staff who clearly can't keep.up with such a densly populated space. Would not come back.

    Facilities design is not very user friendly. No light in shower area, no tissue box in room, water pressure is low.
