    Although I wanted to love this hotel because I thought the customer service was so good that the hotel would be at the same level, but it just wasn’t. I genuinely did not have a good time at all. And from the time I had my first meal , I was disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. It was not 5 star food in anyway. I travel all over the world very often. This was not a 5 star hotel. It’s the same food options every day. They asked my daughter’s dietary restrictions once and couldn’t answer at any of the restaurants if it was ok to eat. They had basically no dairy free options besides fruits and vegetables. Now I would have let that all slide because we ended up going out to eat a lot anyways, but aside from that, it was truly the most boring and inconvenient hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was zero daytime entertainment, music, or any type of holiday fun. Nothing. The pools were very small and nothing fun for the kids. The hot tub jacuzzis were not heated……. The bars closed at 5pm. You literally couldn’t get a drink anywhere but one place after 6pm… You can’t eat anywhere but the buffet because you need reservations to EVERY SINGLE RESTAURANT. Including the beach restaurant, there’s no pool restaurant. There was literally no where to eat. THEN when there’s no where to get food cause the restaurants say you need a reservation (which is ironic because they’re all empty tables… literally 4 people at each?) you have to pay for room service . Yes. You have to pay for room service at an all inclusive. Another thing I’ve never had to do at a 5 star resort. The taxi situation at the hotel could be hectic and frustrating. It’s a €10 cab into the city, so great location. But the taxis could take up to an hour. Also at the buffet they were very skimpy. The carver would only give me one piece of meat… Of chicken mind you… Not rib eye or prime rib. Being stingy on chicken is absolutely insane. This hotel is great if you enjoy peace and quiet, are used to eating the same things, and aren’t looking for a ton of fun activities and entertainment. The pros are that the customer service is absolutely amazing (service is not. It was 50/50, some were so kind and went above and beyond, some acted like they hated being there or helping you). Customer service sent me a birthday cake and champagne, that was lovely . The hotel is VERY clean. Very comfortable beds. Very good water pressure in showers! I wish I had been able to say my birthday weekend was a fun and an amazing stay, unfortunately, i feel i wasted money staying here because it did not meet my expectations for a 5 star resort.

    Fantastic ten days. Everything beyond expectations, especially the on-site restaurants, immaculate cleanliness and standard of service. From start to finish, all the staff were wonderful and really made our experience perfect :)

    I've previously found all inclusive hotels to be so so with limited and repetitive food choices. Not so here fantastic choice and variety of food. Several speciality restaurants included. Layout and accommodation well thought out and attractive. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too noisy at night ideal for a relaxing break. I definitely would come again.
