I needed to be close by the train station and city centre. It was ideally located from both in a very quiet part of the city.
It really is comfortable, you have almost anything you need. If you plan on really cooking yourself, you can...kitchen fully equipped... just don't forget to bring your own meat and veggie knifes
it is under a roof with south facing windows. It was hot, but with a little knowledge of how drafts work, you can cool it down a little by being smart... ;-) There's also a big fan that can bring some relief.

Location
Needs some work. Poor workmanship, broken wood at the bottom of the bathroom door, trip hazard.
Staircase, no rail so open staircase. not very clean.
