The location. 15 min walking distance to nine arch, 30 min walking to Little Adam’s peak, 10 min to the centre with many restaurants and pubs.

Can’t beat this location, right at the 9 arches bridge trail and so close to little Adams peak i went for sunrise and sunset in the same day. The room was very basic with only a fan. But the outdoor balcony is really nice with room for yoga with a Mountain View and tables for eating or chilling.
Lots of ants in the bathroom although they never bothered me or my belongings. The room could use some freshening between customers but i did book only a few hours in advance. I was the only one there because it was off season; I’m sure it’s much better during peak season. The staff never responded to any of my messages but were very helpful in person.

The owner and the lady were very nice and they helped me a lot during my stay. I needed plug converter because mine didn’t work, and they lend me. Also I didn’t have any specific plan for Ella but they gave me suggestions. Also very good price for a single room!

The host family was really nice and the laundry service they provide is quick & good ☺️
the location is perfect to walk to the nine-arch-bridge, the little adams peak, the pool club and the city center.
Currently they have a tiny fluffy cat named Mickey 😁
The room I stayed in had lots of issues:
The bed is very old, the mattress was very worn. The room smelled really bad, even after I had discovered where the smell came from (one of the “fresh” towels was really smelly, probably from the cat or because it was moist for too long) - it
smelled of drain anyway.
