The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town. Room was large, modern and spacious with a comfy bed and handy ceiling fan. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The outdoor seating area for the bars in the street below could be noisy at times, however not beyond midnight and earplugs meant a good night night's sleep.

The building is located in the heart of the old town so it is very convenient for exploring. The room itself appears to be brand new. We had no view but that didn't bother us as a quiet room was more important... and it was. The bed was very comfortable too.
We were a little alarmed to enter a corridor covered in plastic and with a ceiling that was undergoing renovation. We hadn't been pre-warned that works were still taking place. A heads up would've been good.

The hotel has a good location, close to the metro and in a lively area. That said, the price is relatively affordable, so it may still be a reasonable option.
However, most of the rooms face a very small inner space of about 3–4 square meters, which makes them feel quite stuffy. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, so I imagine it could be quite uncomfortable during the summer.
