Convenient location and a quiet room. It was nice to have an electric kettle, coffee, tea and a refrigerator in the room.
All digital access with reception two blocks away in the rain.

Very central in Casco Viejo - a pedestrian only area and an easy walk from the Arenal car park. Comfortable beds, fresh and new looking, has a kettle and a fridge & seats in the small lounge area in the hall way.

Fantastic location - right in the center of the old town. Lovely little place and a quiet sanctuary from the bustle of the streets.
It is quite a way from the car park and dint find any way of getting the car close to drop off our bags - a minor niggle really.

Excellent location, a cosy atmosphere and a lovely balcony.
Poor soundproofing meant we could clearly hear neighbours talking. There was also a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom, apparently coming from the shower.
Our biggest concern was privacy. On the second day, we returned to find cleaning underway, although we had not requested it or been informed beforehand, and all our belongings were inside. On checkout day, someone entered again without warning or even knocking.
These issues spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. Guests’ privacy needs to be respected.
