Perfect location for a night in Bilbao old town. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed, great shower, double-glazing to cut street noise and good AC. Helpful staff.

The online access didn’t work, we didn’t get a code and had to be given it by a real person on-site… thank goodness for humans!

The position is incredibly functional to visit Bilbao, as it lays in the middle of the Old Town (near to many recommended pinxtos spots). It's incredibly easy to arrive using public transportation, the metro and the overground trains are easily within reach. If you're a fan of Alice in Wonderland you'll love it, as many things are styled following that visual imagery. When we needed assistance, there was a whatsapp number that swiftly responded and helped us with clear and precise information.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bilbao's old town and it is surrounded by countless bars and restaurant. You'll be in the middle of the city's nightlife, which is great if you like to go out and have a few drinks and pinxtos, but it also means that when you get home, you'll have to deal with all the noises that usually happen at night in these kind of areas. During parades, Aste Nagusia and other significant events, it will be very hard to sleep as you'll hear everything that happens downstairs in the streets. The hotel provides you with ear plugs though. You have to throw the toilet paper in a bin and not in the toilet.
