This property was very nice. Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great.

We had a great stay here. The area might feel a bit rough however its quite quiet and we felt very safe even at 1pm in the morning. Its so easy to get to the city centre by train or walk.
Just a suggestion, to add an iron as there are some fancy restaurants people may feel the need to dress up for.

Arrived with a broken elevator and left seven days later without the elevator having been repaired. Room was clean neighborhood not the best. The building is behind another building and is in a dark corner. It felt unsafe because of the graffiti and trash though we had no incidents.
