Jose was very friendly and did a great job showing us the steps for our room
Floors are a little creaky (as expected for an older building) so if up late you feel like you are making a lot of noise (but it was no real issue)

Excellent neighborhood, smack in the middle of old town. Very busy streets outside and this quite noisy, but what can one expect? Clean rooms and good service by the owner.
It’s up to standard considering The low rates.
