The property was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The self check-in process was easy, fun, and very well organized. The room was a good size for two people, and even during the hottest days of July, the fan kept the room comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the Old Town, just a one-minute walk from the metro, between Plaza Nueva and the Archaeological Museum, yet on a surprisingly quiet street. Jose was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and always available whenever we needed assistance.
Nothing significant. The only thing to keep in mind is that around 7:30 a.m. you may hear the sound of bottles being collected from Plaza Nueva. It didn’t bother us because we wake up early, but light sleepers may notice it.

Jose was very friendly and did a great job showing us the steps for our room
Floors are a little creaky (as expected for an older building) so if up late you feel like you are making a lot of noise (but it was no real issue)
