Friendly and helpful staff (they helped me with early checkin and checkout). Great location in Old Town, and even though my center facing room didn’t have a great view, it was very quiet. No frills accommodations, but perfectly acceptable for price and location. It was very warm in Bilbao while I was there (mid-August), and there was no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and an additional box fan in the closet. I was fully aware that there was no A/C (it was a risk I was willing to take), and other guests should also be aware of that in case it’s summer and they have low tolerance for heat.

The Situation in the old town was Perfect for Bars and Restaurants.
Very Basic with no frills. Shame Booking.com cannot get on top of the Scammers who ask for your details before you arrive
