Sercotel Arenal Bilbao

The location is fantastic for an overnight stay, as it's right next to the old town, so we were able to just step out and explore, and easily found places to eat. The rooms were comfortable, good beds and showers, and it was great to have air-conditioning. Being so central means it's not quiet with the balcony doors open, but when they were shut it was quiet enough that I slept with no problems. The breakfast was very good, but we came down for one of the later shifts, and it felt like they were running out of some things. We had plenty to eat even so! The staff were helpful and accommodating, and we felt welcomed and looked after.

This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the Casca Vieja and multitude of food options. Close to the Guggenheim and provides easy access to all transport.

Room was spacious for three adults and the bathroom was also spacious.

Very nicely located. Rooms are clean and breakfast is decent. Staff is lovely and accommodating.

Rooms are very transparent to noise. When someone enters their room you hear a door slam in the middle of the night as if someone shot a cannon above your ear. Other noises in neighbouring rooms and in the hall are very audible too. There was no water in the room provided, and the hair dryer was difficult to use.
