Very nice overall

The flat is located in a retirement home for elderly people. When a flat is available it’s offered on Booking.com. Very clean, pool, restaurant etc

Excellent apartment in cherbourg port

Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom apartment with terrace, very clean, comfortable and well fitted out for self catering, in nice peaceful location with shops bar takeaway etc, very secure parking. We have used this accommodation in the past and certainly will in the future.Thank you for the lovely service from the young lady on reception.

A lovely place to stay for a stopover or a few days

An unexpected gem of a place to stay before we caught the ferry home the next morning. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious.

Nothing really, we just didn't realise it was part of a retirement complex (because we didn't read the full description) which actually didn't bother us at all and this isn't a criticism at all.

It is in an old people’s home. I felt bad for them having visitors staying there. It wouldn’t be allowed in the UK. As far as we were concerned though the private apartment/room was lovely.

Very convenient and comfortable

Spacious. It has all the things we need. There is a garden where kids can play and ride their bike. It has a small cooker and fridge. You can cook for yourself and have coffee and tea in the room.

We had a bit of difficulty checking-in. There was no instructions sent to us. We arrived at 9pm (notified the property of this late check in) and the gate was closed. At this time we were just tired and just want to lay in bed. Phoned customer service and it answers in french language. After almost an hour, we found the instructions to open the gate in in French language on a small pin pad on the side of the gate. Then, we were able to get in.

Old peoples home

It is not a hotel. It is an old age pensioners home.... actually. Absolutely furious this was on the booking website. Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy.... An absolutely thoroughly weird situation. Will not be returning.

Bathroom and entire space very clean and spacious, felt like a very safe environment. Few km to the boat.

For self catering the inventory was terrible, no cups 2 wine glasses 3 small plates, 1 small dinner plate, no sharp knife or desert spoon, random cutlery. 1 saucepan and frying pan. It was not the room that was advertised in the pictures, the pictures show a separate bedroom and a little livingroom with 2 chairs. It was in fact all one space and only 1 arm chair, robes and towels also for one, I requested extra and received it, I never received the invent as I don't speak French and reception lady didn't understand.

On a passé une excellente soirée, on s’est retrouvés comme des ados alors qu’on a 18 ans de vie de couple . On a parcouru les étages en explorant un peu le bâtiment mais sans réveiller les résidents c’était très drôle . La propreté est impeccable, le service piscine …etc également . On a même pu partir un peu plus tard que prévu . Merci pour tout

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car nous avions autre chose de vu prévu.

Juste.. L'odeur dans la chambre...très forte. Moins dans la pièce de vie et salle d'eau Cette odeur que l'on trouve dans les lieux de maison de retraite d'hôpitaux.. Maux de tête. J' ai un odorat très sensible nuit compliquée. La piscine était occupée par une personne très bruyante.. dommage.

Un accueil sympathique à la réception, un accueil en chambre de haut niveau (peignoirs, chaussons, gâteaux et eau minérale) et en salle de bain (peigne, brosse à dent). Accès aux installation comme la piscine, salle de sport. Services de restauration sur place. Appartement bien équipé. Parking privé et sécurisé.

Appartement vaste, calme et bien aménagé. Un arrêt de bus a l'entrée qui permet de se déplacer dans Cherbourg sans souci. La piscine est agréable.

Établissement, appartement très propres. Cuisine bien équipée (micro ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, couverts, vaisselle, ustensiles). Petit panier de bienvenue bien agréable à l'arrivée. Parking gratuit et sécurisé.

Petit bémol pour la piscine qui n'était pas accessible le dernier jour car les derniers résultats n'étaient pas bons.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

L'établissement est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Le parking permet de se garer facilement dans la résidence. L'appartement est bien insonorisé.

L'appartement manque d'équipements (pas de four, pas de lave-vaisselle, ni de climatisation et peu de vaisselle) mais il est possible que ce soit différent dans d'autres appartements.
