Much better than expected after a previous experience.

Completely different from last time I stayed here. Staff were polite and helpfull, outside areas were well maintained and the room was clean and adequate. Bedding and towels were nice and clean.

The toilet and shower cubicle is a bit difficult to get in to if you are on the large size but quite OK really. if you hqve medecins that need putting in the fridge they try to help by putting it in a small fridge reserved for staff but no possibility of putting ice blocks in a freezer.

Barely adequate

Stayed here because we'd missed our ferry having broken down. It was the closest accommodation to where we were.

Run down inside and out, pretty shabby all round. Bed was two singles pushed together with no effort to smooth the ridge in the middle and the mattresses were worn and sagging. Bare minimum provided in room, not even any hand soap. The bedding felt slightly damp. We didn't complain, we just needed somewhere to stay having already had the stress of breaking down and missing our ferry but wouldn't stay here again or recommend it unless you had no other options.

Worst I ever had.

I liked that the hotel had a free parking.

I did not like that the reception is closing during day. I asked for an iron from the reception and they told me that they did not have. I had ants into my room. The light was coming from a small window at a balkony/corridor where everyone could see inside unless I pulled the blinds. Initially they gave me a room but the card key was not working and they gave me another room??instead of another card. I cannot find something that I liked except for the parking.

The location was great and the shower was very good. Reception staff were friendly.

The room was small, hot, air conditioning not working, the toilet lid was broken and the toilet was separate to the wash basin. It was disappointing as we have stayed in Premiere Classe many times and always found it good value for money.

stayed in a few cheap and cheerful hotels but this one was not cheerful!

the sheets were clean, the location

the air freshener that had been sprayed in the room was so overpowering it gave me a headache and we had to sleep with the window open. the toilet was leaking. the entrance to the room, there was no light in the porch area so when you we’re trying to open the room door it was dark. breakfast was ok…. croissants were pretty tasteless, coffee machine coffee which wasn’t great. no fresh coffee available or offered. asked for a bottle opener and were told no we are not a restaurant, not very friendly!

Broken window - cold inside the room and smell of smoking that goes inside the room. The room is exceptionally small, but it is enough for one night stay.

Great for one night sleep but wouldn't wish to stay long in the room.

The proximity to the ferry port and quiet location and on-site parking an added bonus.

The room itself was in dire need of some TLC. There was not a shred of comfort and although understand it was not hugely expensive, however have used the likes of this before and provided much more. I don't feel this justified the amount charged.

disapointing

convenient location for Cherbourg railway station

when I booked the room I specifically asked for a ground floor room so as I could get my bicycle in the room, when I arrived I was given an automated room on the first level up two levels of stairs, the bicycle has a weight of around 60 kilos and I am 60 years of age. when I asked for help I was told that the office was closed and he was unable to help me. i feel that I have been deceived by premier classe hotel group.
