Great stay in aCherbourg

The breakfast was amazing, huge choice of food. Liked the small kitchen, reasonably well-equipped, comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful: when our air-conditioning appeared not to work, the staff member rushed off and got us a fan. We were also able to leave our luggage there for the day before checking in later.

The air-conditioner was supposed to be pre-set but was too hot and we battled to get it to a cooler temperature. The staff were very helpful!

Excellent location and amazing staff

The reception staff were amazing, the night shift girl was outstanding, helping me print out urgent stuff.. our ferry was cancelled, the price was good and good breakfast, I could park my car inside the garage property for 12euro, (peace of mind).

The parking is challenging to access as it's on a one-way street, so you need to go around a few blocks to find out how to get back. if not easy

Friendly helpful staff with excellent communication, great location opposite Carrefour 20 minutes bike ride to ferry 10 minutes walk to city centre Kitchenette to prepare breakfast and picnic lunch Comfortable bed and spacious sitting area with room for our bicycles as we weren’t 💯 happy leaving them in the parking area

Could have been 5 star if you could have set the room temperate and provided a kettle

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom / toilet. It was good that you could open the window to let in fresh air.

Not having a kettle was a surprise. The thermostat in the room read 21.5 c which was a little too high for sleeping. There was no easy way to turn down the temperature with the thermostat having to many setting to operate without a user manual. One just wants to be able to turn the down / up via a dial which on this device seemed to switch between programming options. The bed cover were too hot to sleep well even with the window open because the heating came on at 2 AM. We turned it off at the heater but we could not get back to sleep as it took too long for the room to cool. I suggest you save energy and set the room temperature to 18 C and provide instructions for the thermostat . Breakfast is a little over priced so we avoided this option.

Great location, good size apartments, secure covered parking and excellent staff. The Reception team were enormously helpful and kind. Fresh breakfast with a spread of choices. Very good value and less than 5 minutes from the ferry terminal

Every thing was as expected as we have stayed here before. We always choose this accommodation as it’s within walking distance of the shops and many Restaurants.

Requested early check in and when we arrived it hadn’t been put on the system even though I had received an email saying that it was confirmed and how much it was. Also there we’re Road works outside & it would of been helpful if we had been informed before we arrived.

Beds are awful, we couldn’t sleep all night long and left a day early ( 4 nights of no sleep were enough), plus the carpets are stained and old, not enough toilet paper and toiletries
