Comfortable stay

The hotel staff do not respond to our enquiry for opening hours for the swimming pool during the booking process. Even after we completed our stay, the question remained unanswered.

The location of the property is absolutely central and convenient. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay.

The property’s fixtures are a little worn out. The carpet, the furniture upholstery, curtains and bed fabric needs to be cleaned / replaced.

Exceptional breakfast. Rooms are nice but looking a bit tired in some corners. Great space, huge beds and staff were amazing!

The room felt like it needed a bit of tlc; paintwork chipped and stained in some places, the tv in the master bedroom was on a stand which didn’t feel very securely fixed to the ground and the towels on the first night smelled a little stale (like they had been left in an empty room for a few days). Overall still very good value for money though!

My rooms were not ready when I reached the apt at 3pm ish. After ~an hour, one room was ready, but I had to wait for the other one. But it’s a small matter compared to the washing machine. Maintenance is the main concern I had. Washing machine is supposed to come with dryer. The machine was filled with dirty water when I first opened it. Then, the technician came by to rectify it. My nightmare started after it worked actually. I spent the whole night waiting for the dryer to work, but it didn’t. I gave it up and slept at 4am (after 2 trials) as I realized the dryer wasn’t functioning at all. I had to manually dry my clothes as I can’t leave with wet clothes.
