Like the location and hospitality.
Condition of the room. kinda old and the bathroom not really that clean.

Excellent and affordable breakfast. Staff were kind and attentive. Excellent value for money. The location was great as well.
Perhaps the walls/carpets could have been cleaner.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room and bed were lovely. The location was also great with access to lovely more modern restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood, and right across the road is a good selection of street food. There was also a lovely soap and shampoo provided; and a lovely buffet breakfast (Rp. 100,000).
No implementation of reducing plastic. We were given two disposable bottles of water in the room which most places now use glass bottles they refill. We also couldn't refill our bottles. My partner ordered a meal to the room and it was also in a disposable container. Our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.
