Good location large room

Very tired, breakfast food selection very poor, could be cleaner

L'emplacement était mon premier choix. Il a répondu à mes attentes l'espace bar/café à côté du Lobby est très bien.

Le petit déjeuné est juste correct. Impossibilité d'utiliser l'escalier pour revenir dans ma chambre, portes bloquées aux niveau des étages.

Location is in city center but taking the taxi etc is tough with lots of jam all over the place. But I guess it can’t be help if we want to stay in the city. Apart from breakfast cafe staff, the rest of the hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Breakfast selection was pathetic. Empty trays were not readily replenish as staff were not attentive. We have to request before food were topped up. Cafe staff were seen busy talking to each other & not observing that guest were having problem with the bread oven. Guest breakfast time is upto 10am but at 910am rest of their hotel staff from other department were seen eating in the cafe. This is perfectly fine if the food is readily replenished. However with trays mostly empty & their own staff eating there hotel guest have no choice but to take whatever is left available unless we want to keep looking for cafe staff to ask.
