i upgraded my room to the biggest size and it basically met my expectation. Hotel not too crowded right size and confort under its class. good location for non business visit and eateries nearby

Check in & check out - easy breezy. all staff are friendly and helpful! Location: excellent! Its near to the malls, train stations, eateries and cafes, and walking distance to many 24hrs convenience stores. Its on a quiet road, no terrible traffic jams with many other 3-4 stars hotel located. Bluebird taxi always on standby at the lobby and also easy to get Grab. Room: love the view!! This is the reason I chose this room. Though a bit small, but bearable. I wish there is a sofa in the room. Shower is one of the best I have ever experienced among many hotels. It was strong and hot-cold temperature easily controlled. Ample sockets by bedside for charging your gadgets. There's a nice modern laundry room on Ground Floor, with free detergent and ample place to sit, ironing and folding your clothes. But beware, the detergent is so watery that I actually used almost 100ml for 1 washing cycle. Breakfast: love the mee goreng!!!! taste so good. There was few types of noodles, but all taste good! Ironing facilities available upon request, and appreciate that they left it in the room throughout my stay. I did informed the hotel that I'll be celebrating my birthday during the stay. To my suprise upon arrival that night, found that the hotel decorated the room with message on the mirror, decorations on the bed and a slice of cake. Thank you so much Ashley team! you really made my day!

Breakfast: maybe add a little bit more variety or change of menu. The bika ambon taste "expired". The croissant was so flaky that everything crumbled. I just hate the wardrobe!!. Not enough space for my clothes, not suitable for long stay, and not proper to store our things. The chair in the room was so heavy, almost impossible to move it around! Spa: tried to check out the spa. Since there was no proper counter, had to knock the doors. A lady with long fake eyelashes came out and was not very helpful and eager to entertain since they were fully booked for the evening. I peeked through the door, and saw few ladies (i think they were masseuses) were sleeping on the floor. Well, that totally turned me off.

Breakfast is sub standard for 4 stars hotel. Lack choice of protein (other than egg), dessert options. Room hasnt been ready eventhough we got there more than 2pm, such a waste of time for guest, when the hotel demands strict check out.
