Erian Hotel

Simply an exceptional hotel. First, the staff is super polite, very attentive and always willing to help. Second, the breakfast is phenomenal - good variety, fresh, tasty, every day something new. Third, the location is great. Fourth, the interior is fashionable, clean, modern and comfortable. And don’t forget attention to details: free water, free toiletries, chargers on request, etc. Unbeatable value-for-money

The noise cancellation isn’t ideal, but it didn’t bring much trouble

The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Mujjahidin who was very efficient and helpful. As our check out was early morning, the staff arranged breakfast packed for us. We had it at the airport. Thank you Erian Hotel team. We Will definitely stay in your hotel on our next visit to Jakarta.

I like the hotel is clean and simple, no frills. I also didnt find any problems with the noise level. When I first came the fabric softener was too much but Adhianto at the reception handled it very quick by changing the bedding. Theodore at the check in was also very friendly and fast checking me in. Adhianto also helped me get the takeaway breakfast since I had to leave at 5am

A bit dark, with all the dark interior. I booked single room and everything presented single, one tea bag, one coffee sachet. Which I find it a bit peculiar but okay.

Central location. Good breakfast.

No window in the room, making it very dark. Towels provided in the room did not smell clean…. After notifying the staff we received towels, which were fine. Due to lack of ventilation and no windows the room was humid and smelled humid after taking a shower…
