Breakfast was nice with a lot of varieties to choose from..
Just some renovation to fixtures like the taps and showers..the rest was lovely...a room with a view of thamrin city😍....staff was so friendly especially the main desk staff who were at assistance to everything. House keeping staff were too very nice and friendly and the effort they put into the property i would give them 10 out 10..main door staff were really friendly and always at service into opening doors with a smile and getting luggage into the hotel and into the room...really loved my stay with holiday inn and it just felt like a home away from home...thank you to all the staff of holiday to making our stay a memorable one and would love to visit Indonesia once again and would love to stay with holiday in once again❤️

The staffs were exceptionally cooperative. All of the staff at the reception, the concierge, the house keeping staff. I loved how they helped me out with any inconvenience I’ve had.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the overall hotel. The breakfast could have been better too. The tiles, doors and floors of the bathroom were wearing off

Employees are perfect. Polite. professional.
Old furniture. Dirty bathrooms shower area and sink area. Glasses are totally scratched and brown from inside. Towels look like grey and so dry non-soft from a lot of use. A lot of dirty behind the curtains and dust and spider houses. The floor so dirty, the table are burned with cigarettes.
