Welcoming and friendly staff. Large well equipped room with comfortable bed and good a/c. Convenient to get to many malls, metro and buses.
As a westerner the breakfast was very disappointing. Cold sausages, beans and hard pasta. Bread and pastries were hard after being left out. Coffee was of course out of amachine and tasted of nothing.

The location was great. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.
Short distance walk to Sarinah and Garuda.
Lots of hip cafes and street food aplenty .
The shower head in my room was clogged in certain spots making showering almost impossible. Took a long time to get cleaned properly.
Also, it was noisy outside the room. I kept hearing knocking sounds that went on late into the night.
As I am a light sleeper, I didn't get proper rest through out my stay.
