Location = superb - Service = excellent - Breakfast =Normal - Room = NO Luxury - But best and worth to stay again . 3 min walk to Hotel Pullman . 4 min to Big Mall . 5 min to HOTLE Hyatt and all kind of facilities are few meters away. Sub way 3 min walk. Right at the Centre of City best hotel.
Room. Decoration furniture walls flooring - not good standard. Bathroom without Hand shower without hand spray. Water was warm NOT HOT.

Only the pool. Not big enough. But it suits with hotel size..

The location was great. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.
Short distance walk to Sarinah and Garuda.
Lots of hip cafes and street food aplenty .
The shower head in my room was clogged in certain spots making showering almost impossible. Took a long time to get cleaned properly.
Also, it was noisy outside the room. I kept hearing knocking sounds that went on late into the night.
As I am a light sleeper, I didn't get proper rest through out my stay.
