Aloft by Marriott Jakarta Wahid Hasyim

Most of the time I sleep in cheaper hotels but the last night in Indonesia I booked this one. I noticed it has a different type of guests. Guests who can afford a more expensive hotel I guess. No shouting in the hallways, no screaming children. It's quiet and comfortabel. Although not spotless it's clean. Service at breakfast is perfect. Location is a five minute walk from Sarinah shopping mall which has nice places ro eat.

I slept in the highest floor. The AC at the roof of the building makes a humming noise but you don't go to Indonesia without earplugs.

The ambience, the people, the breakfast spread, the room, the location, the rate I paid...need it say more?! Will definitely be back and recommend it to others

Rooms are greatly spacious. Breakfast awesomely delicious. The staffs are super friendly and graciously friendly.

Convenient location - nest of local street food is just around the corner ,transportation pick-up and drop-off is convenient , the fanciful modern concept décoration at lobby is impressive , choice of food at breakfast room was good especially the efficient services of the staff , security check on all vehicles before entry and baggage scan before the main entrance door was amazing

SUGGESTIONS 1-One side of lobby appears like a Convenient Store ( with chargeable light snacks and drinks ) Suggest to convert this space into business networking area or waiting area 2- Suggest the shutter type window blind to be of adjustable louvre design instead of a full piece type to allow control of lighting into the room without sacrificing privacy 3- Leaking roof at the bar 4- Suggest add in a hose type shower spray in addition to the fixed above-head type of shower spray
