Beautiful garden villa. Go for a superior room.

We got moved from a small basic room, which had street noise to a rear room overlooking the garden, which was peaceful. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The rooms on the street can be loud. Hot water wasn't strong.

Wonderful property. Great pool and restaurant with very landscaping. Huge room with strong shower and really comfortable bed. Great location only a few blocks from bus terminal. Very quiet. Like a little urban oasis.

Bright white lightbulbs should be replaced with warmer more yellow ones. Also was not clear if fireplace in room was functional. But these are very minor things

We wanted to stay 3 nights, thats why we booked a "nice room". At our arrival the room we have booked was already occupied by an other couple and we were downgraded. It took us one hour of discussions and waiting till we got the room we had booked and already payed. Bad start...

Great location in the downtown area of Cuernavaca close to a lot of restaurants. Near the Robert Brady museum, Cuernavaca Cathedral, Borda Garden, Palacio de Cortez( although this was closed for renovations). Also near a lot of souvenir shops.

Pleasant

The colonial building has charm. Very good location. Quiet at night. They have a pool but I didn’t use it. It looked really nice. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room was dark. The lighting was insufficient and felt like Dracula’s lair. The room’s bedroom window faces a hallway which was used a few times by other guests. This made me uncomfortable. The entrance door to the room had a large gap which allows people to peek into the room easily. I think these things can be fixed. The facilities seems nice but I didn’t like the room at all. I felt that the room was overpriced even though it was Christmas season. I felt a little cheated.

Excellent adults only hotel - highly recommend

Excellent boutique hotel. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff would superb, always on hand to help out.

The only downside to the hotel was that the bar closed at 15,00 every day! We were allowed to consume our own drinks for a small fee but it would have been preferable to use the bar.

Gracias a Antonio, Tania y Héctor por toda su ayuda. Tuve un problema serio con mi auto y de la manera más amable y generosa lo resolvieron en cuestión de horas. Además, tuvieron la gentileza de modificar nuestra habitación varias veces hasta que nos sentimos a gusto. Siempre vuelvo y volveré a este hotel en Cuernavaca, felicidades.

el espacio está muy lindo, la habitación muy completa y linda. No incluye el desayuno en la cuenta, pero se puede desayunar y almorzar en el restaurante del hotel. La piscina no tiene caldera, pero está limpia si toleras el frío. El personal muy amable y servicial. La ubicación muy buena, se puede llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad.

no hay internet en las habitaciones del fondo y el Wifi en las áreas comunes es muy malo. No es que me moleste, solo como comentario, sí había niños en las zonas comunes.

Me hospedé una sola noche en la suite presidencial y nunca salió agua caliente para bañarnos y por la noche se escucha un sonido de alguna máquina que puede ser un refrigerador de la cocina o una caldera, no lo sé, el personal no me supo dar explicación alguna.

Siempre es grato volver.

Es la tercera ocasión que me hospedo ahí, muy grato siempre: buena ubicación te mueves al centro a pie, personal amable y siempre con disposición de ayudar, aceptan tarjeta, limpio, agua caliente en la ducha, tranquilo (creí que por dar a la calle escucharía el ruido, sin embargo tienen ventanas herméticas así que cero ruido), muy a gusto todo.

No me disgustó del todo se que es a gusto de las personas, en lo personal las almohadas me parecieron muy rígidas, terminé durmiendo con la almohada de decoración.
