It was just beautiful all around. Cozy. Friendly environment. Great service and room service from the restaurant. Inexpensive, simple dishes that satisfied. Absolutely brilliant occasion. My son and I bonded and relaxed and made new friends.

The room needs an additional lock because child could open the door anytime and jump in the pool.

King bed, but no AC

Night staff was helpful. King bed was nice.

The room was too far, too many stairs to climb up with luggage. At midnight when we arrived, The room was boiling hot. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC, but Marcos let us borrow a floor fan. It's a good value if you're comfortable without AC. I couldn't stay here again because it's simply too hot for me and my wife.

Good but not great

It's a pretty hotel, the facility us confortable and for sure is rustic, and has great cleanliness. The staff is nice and gentle. Is what I expected to be (refering just to the facilities and staff). Services included could definetly be better

First of all the wifi network did no t work at all. I tried several times to navegate but was useless. You just can't check email, watch youtube nor netflix. Now to the paking; it is free as they say in their webpage and also in booking.com, never the less you have to give them your keys, is not an option to keep them. Although is not wrong I did not know that and I would have like to because I think they doesn't keep your car in the hotel facility.

Staff were lovely and friendly and happy to accommodate our requests. The pool was small but lovely and the rooms were very clean. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel was a little away from the town centre, however an uber is quite cheap.

No sé a qué se debe pero durante nuestra instancia desde muy temprano estaban podando y haciendo arreglos al jardín, nos despertaron los dos días y si fuimos fue a descansar... podías escuchar a los trabajadores, y sus conversaciones que daban pie a lo vulgar. Ya viendo visitas eran muy amables y sonrientes. La piscina estaba llena de insectos, una abeja pico a mi hija. La habitación aunque amplia, camas rígidas pero limpias y una televisión pequeña, ajustada a la pared con cable ni siquiera smart. .

Las instalaciones son muy acertadas, llenas de naturaleza, lugares limpios, fachadas muy estilo Cuernavaca. El personal en recepción fue demasiado amable al igual que en el restaurante y la comida deliciosa.

フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフ共に素晴らしく行動してもらい、問題があったらすぐ解決するような前向きな姿勢で優しい言葉をかけてもらい大変満足でした。朝食のレストラン３時までですが、素晴らしい味でした。メセラのサンドラさんは、よくお客を見てくれてとても感謝しています。フロントスタッフのイサックさん他昼の従業員スタッフ我々お客のことを考えてくれてとても感謝しています。

1週間滞在しましたが、特に週末崖の上の他のホテルに滞在している人たちが一晩中騒いでうるさくて眠れなかったです。今回残念なことに月曜日に部屋に誰かが侵入した形跡がありホテル側に苦情を申し立て、非常に心苦しく悲しく感じました。あと少しもう一歩カメラの設置マスターキーの管理、セキュリティを完全にしてもらえばパーフェクトです。

la ubicación horrible muy fea la zona donde esta ubicado, parecía cerca del centro pero había mucha pendiente de subida...y la zona horrible y peligrosa... no puedes salir en el día ni en las noches caminando... tuvimos que usar todo el tiempo uber para movernos, a pesar de que esta´+abamos a 10 minutos caminando. además las habitaciones muy calurosas, tienen una ventana pequeña y que se abre en partes y el ventilador de techo no era suficiente y muy ruidoso
