I called beforehand to ask about my second pet and they said it was no issue or extra charge, one I arrived they made a big fuss and wanted to make an extra charge before check-in for both pets (when none should be charged) and overall making us feel unsafe. Had to stay in a different place and hotel wouldn't wage cancellation after the whole fiasco on their side.

It locates lower valley area,you have to fit to walk up to center of the town every time. Hotel itself is fine but surrounding is not so clean.

Hotel was amazing, especially for the price! The only downside of it was the location, there's a short road stretch where is pretty dark and lonely, so its best to take a taxi, at least when you leave your hotel.

The hotel was ok for a 1 night stay. We basically just slept during the night and didn't really spend time in the hotel. We ordered room service for breakfast the next morning... wish they had more menu options.

The hotel was easy to find. It’s located in a quiet area. I didn’t use many of the extras like the pool, but everyone else seemed to enjoy. It’s not located by many restaurants so you’ll have to walk to get food. The hotel offers food until about 4PM and then after that they offer snacks/drinks from the front desk.

The Ilebal is just 8 minutes walk from the main cathedral and the wonderful Borda Garden. It is tucked in a quiet nook, the room's on various levels, very clean An excellent hotel for a quiet stay.

Ilebal is a beautiful and charming hotel whose only flaw is its location, deep down in a valley. If you are prepared to take a taxi (cheap) to and fro, this place cannot be beat. Breakfast was delivered to the room, a delicious fresh large ham and cheese croissant, coffee, juice and locally made yogurt. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Hotel is nice and a bit picturesque. Beds are not the best, but are comfortable enough. It's only two blocks away from downtown, so one can walk there; unfortunately it's not on the tourist friendly side, so sidewalks are not the best. Overall it's a good hotel for the price one pays.
