Very good hotel if you have good hear plugs!

The location is at the same time very good, and very bad. Very good because we are close to the zocalo. Very bad because it is extremely noisy. I hardly slept.

Street noise, Christmas music in the hotel, and hearing my neighbors' movie in the middle of the night.

It was ok as there are great restaurants if one exits to the left at the front door and turns left on the corner street.

The Location was excellent.

We were called at 3:30pm., as we got the impression they wanted to rent out the room as our bus was about 40 minutes late leaving Taxco so instead of being early the 1/2 hour cushion I put in place had them concerned we might not be coming. We checked in at 3:45pm. The hotel is busy so we get it but it seemed a little strange.

Convenient hotel located near city center

Hotel was located near the city center and within walking distance from all things in Cuernavaca. Helpful staff at the front desk. Parking was available in a nearby parking garage. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was great and convenient.

Very good hotel for the location and price, but the window needs a blackout curtain.

The PRICE was very reasonable & charming hotel. The LOCATION was excellent. Walking distance to main plaza, shops, & restaurants. The BREAKFAST was very good: fruit, juice, coffee, eggs with ham, or with chorizo, or with tomatoes, onions and jalapeño. All at $90 pesos (13-20 July 2023). They also serve chilaquiles and enchiladas.

TOO MUCH LIGHT THROUGH WINDOW. The door to the balcony is made of metal and blurry glass. The bottom part (2 feet high) is all metal, but the rest is corrugated glass with metal frames, so all the light comes through. We couldn’t sleep-in if we wanted. It needs a blackout curtain that blocks out light and heat. The blackout curtain will also help save energy. NOISY STREET since early 6am. Will be better to ask for a room away from the street view.

Filthy.

Breakfast was good.

The room was unclean. The floor was filthy. We complained on arrival, however, nobody came to our room until midnight to address the issue. Even then, we had to ask them to clean it, they didn't offer. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms are small and very noisy. We could hear the people next door clearly and the sound of their phones. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve any of our complaints, citing that the room was discounted as it was a last minute booking.com offer. As if that meant we weren't entitled to a clean place to sleep. We were offered a complimentary breakfast as compensation. If our car wasn't locked in a parking garage we would have preferred to just leave.

It was centrally located .

The first night the room they gave us had a broken bed .No AC .No windows. The person sitting at the reception desk had her phone on the entire time .You could here every message .( Every 2-3 minutes ) The maintenance crew was working on something inside the building .They cut ,banged , screwed and the noise was all in our room.We could hear everything .I asked if we could get moved .We were told no . We were there with a group 3 different rooms .My son also asked if he could move to a single bed room and with AC .He was also told No . The second night the 3rd room was occupied by 2 sisters .One of the workers walked into the room at 4:30 in the morning . After this incident the hotel was super accommodating.They switches our room and my son's room .Huge difference . Almost like 2 separate hotels .

Only our first room was near the window and the road. So if the hotel is well located in the center it is suuuuuper noisy at night. When we changed room it was much better.

Nice - albeit very warm - place to stay in the centre of Cuernavaca!

The hotel is set in a really nice old colonial style building with a nice courtyard area. Rooms are very big, and very clean and modern with cable tv and wifi. Great location close to the centre of town. Very affordable prices!

The rooms are too hot, and need either aircon or bedside fans. Woke up every morning dehydrated. No cleaning service in the room for four days!

This was by far the nicest room I've had over the last month of traveling in Mexico. The room was huge and extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for a few days in Cuernavaca.

The wifi never worked in my room or in the courtyard outside .

is not about the property. here in booking said that it will have balcony and a patio. so automatically my fiancé and I thought we will have that inside of the room. this was not the case. I think you need to specify that better
