Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 night stay so much we decided to stay two more nights. And you might feel the same. The grounds are beautiful, the pool just warm enough and the playgrounds great for entertaining children. The view from the room is lovely to wake up to and the rooms were clean. Every staff member was so kind. And the restaurant was delicious. There's a small store which is very convenient. I would highly recommend a stay at Aristos.

Come during the week and off season you will find peace and quiet, the cleanes is top notch. Grownds and pool is super clean. Wish restaurant menu will have more choices, bring a doggy bag because it closes early, bring your own hair dryer, wish to have a bigger mirror.. overall we like and we will return.

Over all the stay was good. Most of the employees were super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Just a note: It's a gated hotel so if you call a taxi or uber, you have to let the front desk know and they will communicate with the front gate. I understand it, but it seemed like a bit much and bothersome to some of the front gate employees. I was there for a wedding so I was on and off the property frequently. Each time at the gate they'll ask for your room number and if you are returning.

The biggest disappointment is NO WIFI. The hotel does clarify this fact. Due to late booking a bunch of hotels didn’t have the days I needed so this was my last resort. Also several days I noticed they didn’t bother to clean my bathroom. You literally NOTICE how it wasn’t clean. Sometimes they would forget toilet paper and tissue. The outstanding factor here was the staff! Staff was great. Everyone helped and everyone had an answer for me.

I usually do not write a review but this hotel deserves one. After I booked a Superior Room through your webpage I was a little uncertain what to expect after reading the reviews but I must say I can highly recommendend booking this hotel for a family stay in a superior room. The room is spacious and clean, poolview with a private balcony. In case of cloudy weather there is a game room for the children and also a big playground outside. The staff is friendly and prices reasonable. Give the hotel a try, it is worth it.

Some body left a use condom on top of table in the room. Complaint to 3 people. Ask to talked to manager. To understand what happened. I never meet him or her.? Bad costumer service. Finally I had to ask my self for somebody to clean the horrible scene.

The room is cheap, and it does not deserve more. The problem is that the hotel staff always try to charge you more : parking at 100 pesos, ugly buffet breakfast at 215 pesos, come on.... I had to book on line as I was told by phone that only deluxe rooms were available, which was not true when I booked on Expedia...

I purchased a king size bed room and when I got to the hotel I was told that the hotel only had three rooms with a king size bed and they were all booked, fortunately the hotel manager was very nice and upgraded us to a suite that had a king size bed and all turned out OK, the hotel was great as we're the staff, restaurant food on site wonderful, however my concern is that Hotels.com is selling rooms that might not be available, so I think that the company needs to make more research before selling rooms.
