Great place to stay out of town, book your table at the restaurant early, as it gets fully booked.

We arrived at the Hotel on motorbikes in the evening during a hailstorm, the owner made us feel very welcomed and personally went into town to collect some food for us, so that we could get changed into dry clothes, we also requested an early breakfast on Sunday morning, so that we could leave early, this was organised for us. Great friendly people.

Slightly disappointed

A kind hostess and ample parking space.

We chose this location because we were tired and there is a good restaurant on the same site. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to vacation, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and we only found out upon arrival. The rooms are small, outdated, and plainly furnished, and the mattress is of mediocre quality.

Well situated near to the highway, 5 minutes from the center of Nivelles and only approx 30 km. from Brussels, you will find this oasis of tranquility taking you back in times. Friendly hosts take care of your needs in a comforting way with a natural flair and spontaneity that will bring you in a state of relaxation. Very nice dinner with choice of 2 courses prepared with a warmth and flavour reminding of home, excellent breakfast! Everything is clean and hygienic, but with respect for the era and the related atmosphere this extraordinary location needs and demands. So don’t expect the usual hotel chain accommodation, but enjoy the authenticity of it…

Basic with great atmosphere and dito kitchen

A little gem in the Belgian country side with the friendliest staff and an excellent kitchen: all local ingredients and full of a variety of delicious flavours.

The rooms are very basic, not all equipment is working. The isolation is very poor, but is part of the vintage appearance and experience.

The place was nice, the deco is farm style and you get just what you need. And more importantly, the bed was SO comfortable, it's the priority for me when I rent a room.

I wanted to take a warm bath after a long sport evening, but there wasn't any bathtub plug :(

Peaceful property, friendly staff, and delicious meals at the restaurant. Nivelles is a pleasant 45 minute walk away, or there is a bus that stops very near to the hotel if you don't have a car.

Beautifully reconditoned comfortable farm in the wallone countryside

Nice looking location, beautiful courtyard, really quiet, kind hosts and very comfortable beds. And lovely cats!

The only thing I didn't like was the absence of blinds or really thick black-out curtains..But I am quite particular about wanting to sleep really in the dark.

La cadre magnifique, et là proximité d’un excellent restaurant . Le patron est quelqu’un d’une générosité et très grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute des clients.

- molto gentile il proprietario, un signore libanese che gestisce questo piccolo hotel di 10 camere, in una location lontana dalla frenesia quotidiana delle città, un vero padrone di casa che ti offre il massimo della sua disponibilità e cortesia; pur non avendo la colazione, un caffè per me che sono italiano me lo ha sempre offerto la mattina ed anche un pezzo di torta... direi il top. - camere semplici ma funzionali con letti comodi ed arredamento caratterizzato. - il ristorante annesso gestito dal flglio del proprietario é anch'esso libanese con ottime scelte anche vegane e vegetariane, per soddisfare tutti i gusti, con sapori della tradizione molto ricercati ed allo stesso tempo ad un costo più che ragionevoli.

- alcuni particolari poco rilevanti nelle camere potrebbero essere rivisti, ma nulla che incida sulla qualità del soggiorno - le tende non sono proprio oscuranti, manca un qualcosa per non far entrare la luce in camera la mattina presto - l'acqua sia calda che fredda, veniva continuamente con crescendo e decrescendo quasi ritmico, come se la pressione oscillasse di continuo (cosa strana specie di notte, quando non credo che tutti si facciano la doccia)

L'hotel est situé dans un endroit calme, à quelques minutes du centre ville. Ambiance familiale simple et acceuillante. Batiment en brique rouge, typique de la région. La chambre est sobre mais bien décorée et propre. Restaurant libanais en face de l'hotel, super accueil et excellente cuisine (reservation necessaire)

Wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Hotel wird außergewöhnlich liebevoll von den Inhabern betrieben. Hier wird "Gastgeber sein" wirklich gelebt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer is groot en schoon. Voor het restaurant is het verstandig om vooraf te reserveren. En het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Het was absoluut een aangenaam verblijf zo tussen het werk door!

Een zeer gezellig, eenvoudig maar uitstekend hotel, dichtbij Nivelles met uitstekende service!

Het ontbijt was meer dan uitstekend en kwam zelfs met persoonlijk service (bijvoorbeeld gekookt eitje naar eigen wens). We werden zo goed als bediend aan tafel in de ontbijtruimte en er was meer dan voldoende/zeer veel keuze. Verder was de (persoonlijke) service helemaal top. Gratis parkeerruimte voldoende.

Het was jammer dat het restaurant gesloten was. We dachten dat het op e dag van aankomst open zou zijn. We hadden graag kennis genomen van de Libanese keuken maar de suggesties van de hoteleigenaar waren ook uitstekend. Let op, restaurant is niet elke dag open!
