Pleasant, I will come back again.

Everything was clean, towels, bathroom, beds, and furniture. Yard with closing gates for parking.

There was one spider in one room, rather big but harmless and easy to handle.

Perfect location for a stop off.

Very comfortable and quiet even though it's close to a road. Very handy to have the kitchenette and a parking spot for every apartment.

The kitchen would benefit from having more than one plate/knife/fork/glass/cup etc. per guest.

Le logement est bien placé, à 15mn de l'aéroport de Charleroi. Le logement est moderne, propre, fonctionnel, la cuisine est bien équipée, la présence de café, sel, papier cuisson, etc est un vrai plus !!

Het appartement ziet er netjes uit. Keuken heeft genoeg spullen om ontbijt of avond eten te maken. Badkamer ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Handdoeken en zeep beschikbaar in badkamer.

Locatie is een beetje afgelegen. Appartement is gehorig. Bij veel wind of als een auto langs rijd hoor je geluid. De badkamer en wc hebben geen sleutel. Dat is niet handig als je met 5 personen in het appartement zit.

Un loc de cazare excelent

Accesul foarte usor, cu parcare disponibila in curte. Cheile le-am primit de la receptie cu toate informatiile necesare. Apartamentul are bucataria perfect utilata. Livingul confortabil. Cele doua dormitoare de la etaj sunt cu paturi duble foarte confortabile. Baia are o cabina de dus spatioasa. Tot apartamentul este curat si arata ca nou.

Totul a fost in regula, absolut nici o problema.

Le lieu est neuf, très bien équipé et très propre. Des prestations de qualité hôtelière. Le logement est grand, tant les pièces de vie que les chambres.

Peut être l'insonorisation au niveau des fenêtres pas très efficace. On entend pas mal la circulation mais le soir très peu de passage donc aucun problème pour dormir.

Ideal z.B. für Zwischenübernachtungen

Ideal für unsere Zwischenübernachtung - schade eigentlich, da die Wohnung so geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist, dass man dort viel länger bleiben könnte. Supersauber, Manches sieht noch fast neu aus. Großes Bad, schöne Handtücher. Ideal für 2 Paare, da zwei große Schlafzimmer mit superbequemen Betten. Parken im Innenhof wie bei einem Motel. Perfekt, da sofort auf der Schnellstraße zur Autobahn. Zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants im Stadtzentrum von Courcelles, mit dem Auto/Fahrrad schnell erreichbar; ein paar Restaurants auch zu Fuß.

Liegt neben der Hauptdurchgangsstraße, die Freitagnacht jedoch ruhig war; keine Ahnung, wie das unter der Woche ist. Kann man aber gut akzeptieren, da die Lage sonst perfekt ist, um schnell z.B. wieder auf die Autobahn zu kommen, weil es weitergehen soll.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Zwischenstopp. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Parkplatz war direkt an der Unterkunft.

Für einen längere Aufenthalt würden mich die Milchglasfenster stören und die Umgebung wirkt ziemlich ausgestorben.

Schlechte Bauausführung auf Heimwerker Niveau. In allen Fenstern Milchglasscheiben. Man hört die viel befahrene Straße nachts.

L'appartement était très bien, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait : propre, confortable, moderne, spatieux

Situé au bord d'une route très fréquentée donc très bruyant le soir et tôt le matin. Pas mal de circulation la nuit aussi. Bruyant parce qu'il a fait très chaud et qu'il fallait dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung super, einen längeren Urlaub hätten wir dort nicht verbringen wollen.

- für eine Zwischenübernachtung völlig ausreichend und in der Nähe der Autobahn - Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden - WLAN

- Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen - Geschirr ist nur in geringer Menge vorhanden, Abwasch nach jeder Mahlzeit notwendig - Treppe ist steil und an einer Seite nicht gesichert, sehr gefährlich mit Kindern - trotz geschlossener Fenster sind Geräusche von draußen deutlich zu hören
