A good start

Introduced to an owner. Very friendly. Puppy allowed. Close to the Chateaux. New ownership, trying hard

No real reception but was shown to the room. Couldn't get on WiFi or get the TV to work. Steep stairs with the dog crate

Le bruit il y a personne pour vous accueillir, il y a personne quand vous téléphonez au numéro qui est indiqué à l’accueil l’accueil, le rideau est constamment baissé, c’est pas un hôtel c’est un Airbnb.

Petites choses à revoir mais globalement bien 🙂

• Réactifs par téléphone. • Emplacement sécurisant situé à l'entrée du château. • Le parking est aisé est privé. • WiFi gratuit et disponible en arrivant à l'accueil. • Eau bien chaude et plusieurs jets disponibles sur la douche 🤗

• Il y a bien 2 essuies par personne mais pas de gant de toilette fourni. • L'intérieur des tiroirs de la salle de bain n'étaient pas propres et le linge précédent n'avait pas été récupéré. • Il y a un manque de séchoir pour y faire sécher les draps de bain • Je n'ai pas été prévenue qu'il y aurait une intervention. Je me suis retrouvée sans eau, couverte de savon pendant 10-15 minutes... Embêtant, j'étais en train de prendre ma douche à ce moment-là 😅 • Bouilloire électrique et machine à café à disposition, quelques produits, mais pas de tasses et petites cuillères à disposition (peut-être un p'tit oubli ?). • Manque de fixation pour la douche. • Idée d'amélioration : petite étagère murale pour les produits maquillage et beauté à portée de main 😄

Le matelas était confortable. Nous n'avons pas eu mal au dos.

La propreté et la logistique sont à améliorer. Tiroir sale, traces de je ne sais pas quoi sur les portes, murs et interrupteurs. Manque un pommeau de douche et la barre de la douche trop près du robinet donc pas possible d'ouvrir le robinet à fond. Malgré la mise à disposition d'une machine à café et bouilloire, il n'y avait pas de tasse ni de gobelet. Papier wc un demi rouleau, pas suffisant. Les diffuseurs de parfums dans les communs dont l'odeur vous tourne sur le cœur. L'isolation de la chambre et les finitions de la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualités.

Koppel 2 nachten ideaal voor kort verblijf

Alles was zeer netjes 👌Een zeer comfortabel bed. Grote koelkast en haardroger aanwezig wat ik zeker een meerwaarde vond. Wifi was wel aanwezig ook al stond er op de website dat dit niet zo was.

De kartonnen bekers om koffie uit te drinken en het apparaat dat waarschijnlijk ontkalkt moet worden want de koffie liep niet door.

Son emplacement, le lit très confortable, nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait dans la chambre

La tablette n’était pas propre encore quelques miettes, un rouleau de papier toilette vide était encore placé dans l’appareil et le nouveau mis juste au-dessus

We voelden ons niet helemaal veilig omdat we helemaal alleen waren en het een verlaten indruk maakte

Prima kamer. Goede douche.

De locatie voelde een beetje creepy aan. We werden verwelkomd door twee kleine kinderen. Hun ouders waren even niet aanwezig. Even na het inchecken vertrok dit gezin van het terrein en waren we alleen. De locatie voelde ondanks de schoonheid verlaten en niet-uitnodigend. Er hingen rare types rond bij het Chateau en er was geen sfeer rondom het Hotel-gebouw. Alles zat potdicht. Verhalen op internet over poker-activiteiten en ook de vele gesloten winkeltjes en restaurantjes in het dorp maakten het er niet prettiger op.

Huisje is beeldchoon ingericht,keuken van alle gamakken voorzien, mooi uitzicht op zee, airco funtioneert goed, parkeren privé voor de deur ! Ook n terras aan de schaduwkant voor het ontbijt, alles heel compleet!

Er is geen winkel in het dorp voor boodschappen, maar wij aten uit dus voor ons geen probleem. Misschien zijn de bedden een beetje kort voor de " noordelingen"?

Endroit parfait pour une halte... nous avons apprécié la bonne communication auprès des gérants et les accommodations claires pour accéder à notre chambre et ce tard dans la soirée! La chambre était parfaite pour ce court séjour! Lits, salle de bain, machine à café fonctionnel...

Séjour globalement agréable, quelques points à améliorer

L'établissement est situé dans un endroit tranquille, près d’un ancien château. Le lit est très confortable. La chambre est grande et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Et attention : la bouteille de champagne qu’on voit sur la photo est uniquement pour la mise en scène, elle n’est pas fournie :-)

même si le petit-déjeuner n’était pas inclus, il aurait été appréciable d’avoir un petit café à proximité ou un plateau d’accueil un peu plus fourni (nous avons eu seulement deux capsules de café pour deux nuits et deux personnes). idem - pas des tasses pour le cafe ou thé. L’isolation phonique n’est pas idéale, on entend les passages dans le couloir. Enfin, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour, malgré les efforts du personnel pour résoudre le problème.

Exceptionnel

Un séjour parfait ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Le confort de la chambre, la propreté irréprochable, le calme des lieux et surtout la magnifique vue sur le château ont rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et disponible. Je recommande vivement !
