Its Indeed a transit place for travelers via Charleroi Airport

I liked the helpfull approach of the staff and being supportive and understanding , the receiption staff were outstanding people in terms of responsive and cooperation they give me extra 1 hour time upon checking out time , and once i informed them about the needful cleaning of the bathroom they took immediate action the location is perfect for those intend to travel via Charleroi Airport its almost 5/6 munities driving

its quite noisy being close to the airport so since its close to the airport we must expect new guests comers to the hotel at any time !

Wouldn’t recommend

We stayed overnight to get to our very early plain. The sound isolation is very bad, couldn’t sleep all night, you can hear the neighbours, everything what happens in the hallway and in the bathroom/toilet… but I guess what more do you want for that price…

Staff was helpful. Asked reception to print something for me and they helped me without hesitation.

Bathrooms on the hallway. I knew it but still it's not great. Also this is a transit hotel, I assume most people like me are using it for the airport, so people were noisy until late.

Nothing to like here. It is room to sleep and run away as soon as you can. Staff was friendly but they cant speak english at all.

It is ok accomodation if you really dont have anywhere else to stay in Charleroi. It is in middle of nowhere and there is absolutely nothing around expect one small store which is crazy expensive. I advise to buy something in the city. Room was clean but is highly over priced for this type of stay. Toilets and showers are working but they are like on some bus station or stadium. Nearest tram station is 25 min walking and extra 25 with tram to train station. There is no any connection to the airport.

The price was fair for that simple room, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep before a flight.

We didn't have the best experience with the hotel stuff in terms of sending us a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The hotel stuff said they will send the taxi to the airport, but apparently there were not free taxis at that moment, but they didn't inform us about that, so we just sat like idiots waiting for more than an hour in a petrol station at the airport late at night. Finally, we asked the petrol station stuff to get us a taxi and got to the hotel very late.

It was superb, just small thing need to be repaired

I like the staff because they are pretty friendly and full of smile. Since the key of our room is set up by using a code, so I don't need always to bring my room card.

i found that almost all the exhaust fan in every bathroom and WC is damaged. It's not turned on. Comfortness in bahtroom and WC is very important.

Value for money

was very cheap - train station a small walk away and bus stop right outside. 24/7 desk made it easy for checkin and staff were happy to help booking taxi.

I perhaps might have missed this when booking but the toilet is separate to the room. So during the night you need to leave to use the toilet - but it’s value for money I suppose!!

Good for the price , but if your flight arrival or departure at late night or early morning you have to get a taxi. Staff help us to book a taxi at 12€. Clean and good for the price
