Perfect hotel for travelling purposes out of Brussles Charleroi airport.

It was okay but rooms were not 100% clean.

Location wise, it was very easy to access from the highway.

Rooms were not clean. We’ve been to their other hotels before which are always super clean and nice. So we were a little bit disappointed about this one finding hair of the previous guests in the drawer/closet and bathroom.

1ST ROOM VERY POOR. DANGEROUS SHOWERROOM WITH WATER OVER FLOOR FROM SHOWER. PLUG IN BASIN DID NOT WORK. NO SOAP IN DISPENSER. COMPLAINED AND CHANGED TO SECOND ROOM BASICALLY OK.

1ST ROOM VERY POOR. DANGEROUS SHOWERROOM WITH WATER OVER FLOOR FROM SHOWER. PLUG IN BASIN DID NOT WORK. NO SOAP IN DISPENSER. Appalling music made it impossible to think of eating there. Breakfast overpriced and included appalling music. Service for taxi a disaster. Ordered taxi the previous evening for 9.50am next day. At 9.50 next day receptionist began telephoning for taxi. Non arrived so by 10.25 after repeated requests the airport shuttle was provided with a driver who had never driven to the airport before. Driver entered airport in his phone for route while I held phone while he drove. Deposited 500m from the airport. Made flight with 5 minutes to spare so ultra stressed.

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly surprised for the free water bottle, good quality of coffee and sweets in the room.

While I was having the shower, water passed onto the bathroom floor making it wet and slippery.

Spacious room, with all amenities needed. The double bed was made up of two single beds with different firmness, which was much appreciated as you can choose the side you feel most comfortable on. Breakfast buffet was very rich in quantity and variety, restaurant on site is also pretty good.

We have been sick with the food of the restaurant. Plenty of smash glasses front of the parking gate, I went few time to speak with reception and they didnt do anything.... I was worried about my car's tyres

Good position near the airport (just 12 min by car). Clean and comfortable room (even though the mattress was too soft). Seems very quite.

For an hotel situated near the airport, i think that early breakfast would be appreciated. braekfast starts at 06:30 and due to early departure I jumped it (21 euro wasted). this could be a point of Improvement

Good room noisy neighbours

It was a large room and with a good sauna, bubblebath and everything. no complaints there. The breakfast was plenty and nice range of food to pick from.

There was no Smart TV and in this day and age you would expect for the price you are paying to have a the option to watch Netflix instead of cable ... The room was quiet but we had the issue of noisy neighbours. Playing music at 02:00 at night. tried to contact the reception for it but had to wait a long time. I know this noisy neighbours is not something the hotel could expect ... but dealing with the issue is. It was a short night sleep because of this issue.
