The hospitality here was exceptional. We arrived late at night, and the owner was there ready to welcome us with our room already warm and cozy, which was perfect since it had just started snowing. We were immediately offered tea and coffee to warm up. I had never driven in snow before, and when I mentioned it, he kindly offered to drive us to the airport himself if the roads weren’t clear. This was truly above and beyond anything I expected. I felt safe, comfortable, and very well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for travelers using the airport.

Just for few days stay.

The place was clean and confortable for few night stay. Good if you need to take an early flight, is Aldo included a free shuttle transfer to the airport.

Heating was not on, but they had a portable noisy small heater. But was fine.

Friendly staff and proximity to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, The complimentary drop at the airport early in the morning was very helpful.

It's a 4 min walk from the nearest bus stop and the path is not well lit, I was a bit fearful while walking to the hotel in the late night

The night manager was brilliant. He gave us a lift to the airport at 6-30am. He also gave us a beer when we arrived quite late.

Excellent stop-over at Charleroi (airport)

Everything we needed for the stop over in Brussels was available and the team is amazing. Very kind and helpful; the transport from and back to the airport worked excellent and was without extra cost - this happens nowadays not really often anymore. Big thank you…we will come again.

Super comfortable stay in less that 2km near the airport

Excellent stay over near the airport. Perfect for the wait of an early flight.

It would be nice to provide shower curtains, because taking a quick shower without creating a puddle in the middle of the bathroom is difficult. When in a hurry, taking a full bath is not an option.

Lovely little place , a hotel that goes beyond exceptional service

The gentleman who runs the hotel couldn’t be more helpful , we messed up our timings and he still did us breakfast and took us to catch the tram and couldn’t be more helpful.

The walls were a bit thin and next door could hear us.

More than a hotel- a family run business

My daughter and I liked the support and the going the extra mile from Abdul and his son Sammy who picked us up from the airport and waited for us to pick up some fast food. Also, the fact that Abdul woke up at 5 am for us, to drive us to the airport, was crucial for our trip: we made it back safely. For this we are very grateful!

I recommend installing mosquito nets at windows, to prevent those insects we chased out of the room before going to sleep, from entering the room at all. Also, the cleaning personnel should pay more attention to details (such as proper hoovering under the beds, corners included, plus cleaning the hoover filter as it smells like burnt plastic).

Nice hotel and good location, but if your room faces the road, you won’t be able to get any rest.

The property was clean, the location was good, and the staff were helpful.

Our room was on the first floor facing the road. We could hear people talking at the reception and in the parking area, as well as cars passing by. I was there with a child, and we couldn’t fall asleep even after 11 PM. Our flight was very early, so we couldn’t get any rest.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The owner of the hotel, Mr. Abdel, is extremely professional, efficient and welcoming. His wife did the interior design and she did a wonderful job! They have created a beautiful, peaceful 'ambiance' at the hotel. Their son drove us to the airport and then picked us up at night when we came back from our trip to Brussels. Mr. Abdel was up before 6:00 am in order to take us to the airport for our flight back home. This goes way beyond what you would expect from the owners of a hotel... They are absolutely exceptional!

Ok stay close to the airport

Very reliable, welcoming and helpfull owner. The hotel has good prices for its facilities. Free transportation to/from the airport.

The heating system was not working properly (even when turned on and put to maximum), but there was a fan heater in the room. When the fan heater was on, the temperature in the room was ok, but you had to sleep with the sound of the fan, which was quite loud.

It’s a family owned hotel and the the son was very attentive. I asked for a room at the back so that we don’t hear the noise from the cats outside and he gave us one. He was also the one who drove us to the airport. They have also parking which is 6€ a day and has surveillance 24/7

Super hosts and convenient location

The hosts are excellent genuinely hospitable and accommodating. There is no place within easy walking distance to get food, and the highway type road is rather isolated. The hosts son drove me to a nearby restaurant and brought me back after- thank you again! They also organize an airport drop in their own vehicle. Given that this is really an airport hotel most people would not stay more than one night. So the location although isolated is near the airport and therefore good. Since opening the window is not a great option at night and there is no air condit, ask the hosts for a table fan (they call it a ventilator) which they readily supply. Overall the hosts make the stay a great one.

The location is technically near the airport but in fact by road involves a ten minute drive. It is rather isolated and on days when there is no dinner served in their restaurant (like on 21st July, their national holiday, when I visited, or even otherwise on weekly holidays) you have to rely entirely on the hosts to help get you food by taking you elsewhere. If you are alone and not comfortable doing this, then it is best to carry some packed food with you for the night.

Taking into account all above - too expensive

Actually, we didn't like anything. The only + was the closeness to the airport which was important for us. And the receptionist gave us a very good tip for the dinner. Which was a nice place, but VERY slow serving... :(

The pillows were not comfortable, the interior was not attractive. The water stayed in the bath long time after taking shower. The basics of basics. Nothing to remember... Taking into account all above - too expensive

The location is perfect for airport charleroi. Its less than10 min. Drive. The owner is charming. He drove with my husband the eve. Before to show him how to get easy to the airport. The room design is beautiful. Wifi for regular use is good

No aircondition. The weather was good in May. But otherwise its a bit problematic. There is a window so you can open it. But, its on thw main road so might be noisy. I slept well. The bath needs an update: water are leaking from the bath when showering. There is smart TV in the room. But, probably the wifi is nlt strong enough so broadcast stops all the time.
