I left the hotel happy and rested, a solid airport hotel overall.

Great staff, they do their best to help. Late at night, it’s not possible to walk from the airport, but they provide a shuttle or send a cab. Getting to Brussels from the hotel is also pretty convenient.

My bed was one of those foldable metal beds — not super comfy, but okay for one pretty tiring day.

Great overnight stay near the airport!

Great place for an overnight stay at the airport. Brand new rooms that are spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee, eggs, bacon, freshly squeezed orange juice and buttery croissants. Very friendly and helpful staff and shuttle bus driver. I will definitely stay there again!

Comfy, clean hotel for an overnight hotel stay

It was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were really comfy. The receptionist and bar staff were really friendly and helpful

The location, i just echo what everyone else has said, the property is close to the airport (if the crow flies) but getting to it by foot was impossible, this was due to the quickest way to the property was via a gate that’s inaccessible to the public unless by public or hotel transport. If you walked the long route to the hotel it would take about 50 minutes. To get back to the airport for an early morning flight I paid for the hotel transfer but thought 10€ per person was too much, especially when having to pay the same price for a child. Children’s prices should be reduced

Great hotel

Really nice hotel, well located for Charleroi airport. They run a shuttle service to the airport which can be booked at reception (it was €25 for 4 of us). The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. Really quiet, couldn't hear any noise from any other rooms or even from the airport. Friendly staff.

The pull out of sofa was a bit uncomfy but certainly not the worst we have experienced!

why does someone sleep in a hotel near the airport, because they need to fly out very early in the morning. I was hoping that such a hotel would arrange a taxi to the departure airport. Unfortunately, my seventeen-year-old son had to walk several kilometers through black Brussels at three in the morning. Never again to this hotel. Thank you

Hotel was clean and Staff were helpful. Food in restaurant was lovely, cooked fresh. The restaurant Staff were very accommodating and when asked questions about menu very knowledgeable. Close to airport, a 10 minute taxi ride away.

I stayed just one night but everything was ok. The breakfast was good, prepared even before the opening time for brekfast (we had an early flight so we had to leave at 6.30 in the mornign)- The shuttle to airport was well organised

worst value for money - many other hotels on the Island

The staff are nice caring and attentive, they do the best they can.

Specifically requested a double bed and they gave me 2 singles, toilet didn’t work but they did nothing, Paid extra for the Spa and parts not working, worst was the outside area was undergoing maintenance and the noise was terrible, the entire outside are was not usable. I have complained to the Hotel & Bookings.com also complained to them, the hotel just ignores all contact

The hotel is in a quiet, clean and safe area, very close to the Airport and have a shuttle to take you there. There is plenty parking availability, wifi, a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are slightly tired but super clean and comfy enough

Terrible! Overpriced and uncomfortable.

The location to the airport was good and the shuttle was good value. The hotel was very clean.

The restaurant was terrible and horrendously overpriced. €18 for the blandest of spaghetti with old veg and no sauce? The bed was really uncomfortable, the television did not work properly, and the waitress in the restaurant was so rude. The cost was purely due to location in my opinion and not good value for money.
