Happy Room Marcinelle

Before arriving at the accommodation, I had some concerns about both safety and how straightforward the check-in process would be. In both respects, my experience was significantly better than expected. The host was in contact with me from the very beginning, albeit in French, which is a little unusual in the age of AI translators, but I was able to get all the information I needed. The room was clean and spacious, although I found the bed rather small and the duvet adequate for one person rather than two adults. Considering the location, cleanliness and price, this accommodation is unbeatable in Charleroi, and I will definitely be staying here again. Possibility to have a fresh bakery and coffee in their bakery in the morning was priceless. Thanks 🙏🏼 P.S. Waking up to the smell of buttery croissants is an absolutely fantastic feeling! 😄

- Fluffy carpet near the shower is not suitable and hygienic for shared facilities. -The bed was small and a bit noisy (maybe I'm just spoiled with my super king comfortable bed at home). - Walls are thin, you can hear absolutely everything in the building

Clean bedsheet, clean flow, near the bakery.

There were no sop, no bathroom shoes, parking access was not easy.

Location top notch : 12 mins walking distance to the central bus station where you can catch the direct bus to the airport. The room was super clean and also the shared bathroom The owner Mister Oliver was very kind to modify the check in and check out times in order to accommodate my request If you are hungry at the ground floor in the same building you find a bakery shop selling pastries and sandwiches

The only - walls are too thin. You hear what happens around you
