Spacious twin room in a good location.

The room was very spacious for a twin room. The bathroom was clean and large.

We had a door to the room next door in our room and the neighbours were quite loud talkers, so a bit noisy. The bathroom door didn’t lock. It was more of a barn door which so when you’re travelling with a friend, not ideal.

Centrally located modern hotel

Centrally located, in a very modern building. Staff is polite and willing to help The room was spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable.We didn't have breakfast so I can not comment on that .

The lights on the room were poor and there were no sockets near the bed .Also the shower was in the room .There was a one side mirror so there was some kind of privacy still I think it is rather uncomfortable for those who are not intimate.

Disappointing

Good location.

It was dirty, everywhere stains in the carpet/furniture etc. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Airco makes ghost sounds continuously so cannot be used. Breakfast disappointing. No parking on location. Not enough water in the room (ONE small bottle irregardles of how many people are booked for the room). Smelly entrance. Overall faaaaaaaaaaaaar from a 4star hotel. Maybe 2.5 stars.

Great hotel

Great location, lovely staff, treated me to a few free drinks for my birthday! Comfy beds, lovely, spacious rooms. Great value for money. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but drinks were relatively cheap.

Lighting is not the best in the rooms. That's the only negative for me.

Central location next to main square. Large room with comfortable bed. Quiet.

Access via elevator was a little confusing. Two elevators needed, one to lobby and another to the room

Great central hotel

Great large room with great beds , lovely shower. Adjustable heating / cooling worked well. Always nice to have rituals soaps etc. very central location easy access to city.

Car park very complicated to find even with sat nav. Breakfast a little confusing with lots of different areas for drinks cereal etc

There was noise coming from the AC, therefore we got a suite. The parking under the hotel is very convenient.

The bathroom had two sinks, because of that there was no room for our necessities. The TV on the wall couldn't move, no angle possible when laying in the bed. It's preferable to use a different wall mount.

Quick Overnight in transit

Easy to locate, very clean and a professional staff that just make you feel at home. From the reception to the bar/restaurant staff, you feel welcome. I will not hesitate to come back when next I have a lay-over in Charleroi.

There is a provision for connecting from upper levels directly to the reception area by lift, but we noticed this lift has been disabled, forcing guests to walk from one lift to the next across the entire lobby/bar/restaurant area( quite narrow and with other guests having drinks/food). This can be a little bit cumbersome when you have a lot of luggage.

Great stay!

The hotel was perfect. It was located right at the centre of Charleroi. There was a big shopping mall right next to the hotel. We were a family of 4 so there was enough space for us in 1 room! They have a private parking, but its most likely full since they use the parking for the shopping mall as well. But we were lucky to find one, so it might be difficult for others. The hotel was safe and comfortable. The bathroom was big too. The staff was so nice and communicated with us in english!

The bathroom couldnt be locked. The view from the room wasn’t that great.

Great location

The hotel has a very good location, 10 minutes walking from the train station and surroundes by restaurants and bars. The room is big and clean. The staff is friendly. Fresh orange juice at the breakfast.

The door to the bathroom should be ermethic, for privacy. The extra bed in the room could be bigger. The price for the breakfast a little too high.
