Great if you are just looking for the cheapest option while in transit, but wouldn't stay again

The hotel is in a convenient location if you are staying because you have an early flight out of Charleroi airport. The airport bus is just across the bridge on the other side of the river.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep The rooms are outdated, and although clean, they just have a icky, scary motel feel to them

acceptable but …

In the center of Charleroi. Friendly people. There is a bicycle room to safely store bicycles. Comfy and clean bed and bathroom. Very good and delicious breakfast buffet.

All the neighboring buildings are vacant, boarded up, and ready for demolition. The carpeting in the hallways and the hotel entrance are dirty and worn. It really doesn't look good. The air conditioning system has been broken for days. My advice is extensive renovation or demolition.

I found bugs in my bed. It was terrible! I was totally distressed. They changed our room without solving the problem because we found bed bugs in the new room too. My 11 year old daughter and I couldn't sleep all night long and we couldn't wait to leave the hotel. Never more!

It did what it had to do, great location but need to offer a bit more for the requested prices.

Location is good as located just across the main station and near shops. That's pretty much it for the positives. Overall, it's quite expensive for what you get. Super basic and looks very run down.

Spotlessly Clean Everying needed was there

It was in the perfect location and VERY easy to find It had everything we needed It’s not luxury but at the price it’s good value for money. Bed was comfortable for me (hubby prefers softer)

It was ok for a transit hotel.

We were here only for one night while traveling. We needed only a room with bed and bathroom, and we got this. The breakfast was good, there was wide variety of choices.

In the bathroom, the threshold of the shower cabin is very high, so if you don't listen you can easily fall.

Ok hotel very close to the station.

Missunderstanding about taxi. In the evening one of the staff told us that its easy to call taxi when ever you like. However in the mornong we were told its a must to reserve a taxi. This misstake caused lots of stress for us.

The bed was very comfortable. We arrived late and it was easy to check in. The staff was very nice. The location is good, but not sure about safety at night. The room was spacious enough and the street is not loud at night.

The reception area is not very well maintained. We did not choose to have breakfast at this location (which seemed to expensive for what was on the offer) for this reason also. It did not seem very clean and not comfortable to have breakfast (right at the entrance).

Dreadful

Checking out.

No air conditioning when it was 31 degrees outside. Room temperature was probably about 35 degrees at night. Had to have a cold shower at 3 o’clock in the morning to cool me down. Also there was only 2 plug sockets so only one of us could charge our dead phone battery’s as had to be use one for the fan that just blew hot air round the room.

Did not like it at all.

Room was not welcoming, extremly noisy (could hear everything happening i the hall), nothing on the walls, view to a backally looking like trash. Not even a toiletbrush. We skipped prepaid breakfast because a bug was crawling on the bread.

The service was great. The two receptionists were really friendly, Mario is a great receptionist, very friendly and professional. The night portier also, very focused and experienced. Great staff.

I have stayed at better hotels in Belgium for the same price. E. G Holiday Inn Hasselt a much better hotel. The area around the hotel is tense, and with little serious walkable restaurants. I would not recommend it to business travellers.
