Around 13:00 O'clock on a Sunday we got loud knocks on the door from Maria with complaints, saying that we were talking loud in our room according to another guest, also that we were talking on the phone with someone and that it was too loud. It's an audacious claim to make, especially when we were only talking, and it was the middle of the day. The claim was ridiculous and shouldn't even have been brought up with us. Give the guests ear plugs or inform guests beforehand that the walls are paper thin. We didn't complain when another guest in the building/staff played loud music in the middle of the day, because it's normal. The apartment was 4 flights of stairs up in the building, with no lift, flickering lights on top floor in hallway, creepy vibes. The radiator wasn't working when we checked in, we tried to turn it on but the knob fell off so it was ice cold downstairs. However Maria was quick to give us a portable radiator so that was very good. Faucet in the little WC wasn't working, only a few drops would come out. Two toilet rolls with barely anything on them when we checked in, but again, Maria was quick to give us a full one, however it was dirty and stained. Kettle was extremely calcified but Maria gave us a clean one. Bed wasn't comfortable, and the two mattresses were sliding apart in the middle. In the description it said there was a patio, and streaming services(like netflix) this was however not the case. The only chair in the facility was dirty and stained. Ventilation wasn't great, we would get these strange smells in the room, like garlic, among others. Overall we had an alright stay. Maria was quick and responsive.
