Acceptable for a few days

In the city center of Nivelles. Quick and responsive host/manager.

Around 13:00 O'clock on a Sunday we got loud knocks on the door from Maria with complaints, saying that we were talking loud in our room according to another guest, also that we were talking on the phone with someone and that it was too loud. It's an audacious claim to make, especially when we were only talking, and it was the middle of the day. The claim was ridiculous and shouldn't even have been brought up with us. Give the guests ear plugs or inform guests beforehand that the walls are paper thin. We didn't complain when another guest in the building/staff played loud music in the middle of the day, because it's normal. The apartment was 4 flights of stairs up in the building, with no lift, flickering lights on top floor in hallway, creepy vibes. The radiator wasn't working when we checked in, we tried to turn it on but the knob fell off so it was ice cold downstairs. However Maria was quick to give us a portable radiator so that was very good. Faucet in the little WC wasn't working, only a few drops would come out. Two toilet rolls with barely anything on them when we checked in, but again, Maria was quick to give us a full one, however it was dirty and stained. Kettle was extremely calcified but Maria gave us a clean one. Bed wasn't comfortable, and the two mattresses were sliding apart in the middle. In the description it said there was a patio, and streaming services(like netflix) this was however not the case. The only chair in the facility was dirty and stained. Ventilation wasn't great, we would get these strange smells in the room, like garlic, among others. Overall we had an alright stay. Maria was quick and responsive.

It was so loud until midnight. There were no staff, and it was scarcy. There was not any coffee in the room. There was no breakfast. There was no elevator.

Location only redeeming feature, rooms basic but comfortable, bathrooms good.

The 3rd floor location should have been stated on the website: for 70 year old ladies a major problem. No lift, should also be stated on the website, for the same reason. The cooking smells from the Thai restaurant below, even on the 3rd floor.

I would definitely return to this property when visiting Nivelles or the surrounding areas again.

Great location, 10 minute walk from a train station where you can get to the centre of Brussels in about 35 minutes. The apartment was very spacious and had a great little kitchen and a nice bathroom too. The smart-tv was also a nice surprise which allowed us to watch Netflix and Youtube while we stayed.

The only downside of this property was that the wi-fi was slow and the aircon unit that’s over the bed leaked and dripped onto the pillows most nights.

Pleasant

Me and my girlfriend celebrated new years eve here. After some diner preparations at home, we arrived in our room expecting to have a romantic diner with candle light. As we arrived the room didn't have an oven, nor a diner table, not even a second chair. That was a bummer, as it was described in the description. So please be warned and don't count on it as we did.

Clean apartment in very good location

The location of the apartments is excellent, near all the attractions of Nivelles and within walking distance of the train station. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. There is no reception service but the management were responsive to our phone calls.

The apartment we were allocated ("Superior Double Room") was smaller than we expected, built into the apex of the roof, and we discovered that the seating area, kitchen, desk and eating area were in fact all the same, i.e. one desk and one chair. As we were staying for five nights we contacted the management and they very quickly brought an additional chair. The kettle wasn't working but three kettles later the problem was solved. The other slight drawback for us was that the television was upstairs beside the bed. We raised the issue of security as the main door with a key code was invariably left unlocked. This meant that the only security was the door handle of the apartment on which there was another key code. The apartments are located beside a busy square with market stalls right outside the door at the weekend. They are all on the third floor of the building and there is no lift so this accommodation would not be suitable for anyone with a mobility problem.

La femme de ménage qui toque à la porte dimanche matin à 8h30 alors qu'on est en train de se préparer, et quand on dit qu'on est pas encore prêt, qui rentre quand même et qui se met à nettoyer la douche puis repart ??? Au delà du dérangement si tôt (heureusement qu'on était déjà habillés) j'ai toujours pas compris pourquoi, et pourquoi la douche seule (elle n'a pas fait le reste).

Logement bien placé et agréable pour court séjour d'affaires

Très belle emplacement proche de la grande place de Nivelles très jolie et proche des restaurants. Appartement suffisament spécieux, belle salle de bain.

C'est un peu difficile de se garer dans le secteur, mais on fini par trouver. La cage d'escalier est un peu bruyante, ça résonne pas mal, surtout tôt le matin. Mais c'est un détail.

Al de rest ....even vermelden dat ik een probleem heb met mijn knieën en moeilijk trappen kan doen ...Geen receptie, geen lift, gevaarlijke trap, kamer onder het dak, 1 stoel voor 2 personen, stoffen stoelzit vol vlekken, slechts 2 zakjes "oploskoffie" en 4 zakjes suiker, geen melk of melkpoeder. Bed op duplex waarvan geen melding bij reservering, aan de rechterkant stond het bed zo ver onder het dak dat je niet kon recht staan. De trap naar de duplex in hout, gevaarlijk en glad. Accommodatie is de de naam van hotel niet waardig

C'est un appartement et non pas un hotel. Il se trouve au centre de la ville. C'est sympa. Par contre très déçu, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire se cache derrière le COVID pour ne pas en organiser. C'est vraiment mesquin.
