A place I would not recommend

I booked and paid for three nights and left after the first, despite the financial loss. The reasons? 1. the room was so humid with or without air conditioning that we woke up in pain 2. Arco is a charming village, but... the hotel is not in Arco, but in the middle of nowhere: nothing within walking distance 3. our balcony overlooked the car park, above some noisy engine active 24 hours a day (and there was a "nice" spotlight pointed at the balcony too!) 4. Staff only present from 8 to 11 a.m. 5. WIFI was not working, but compared to everything else.... I would like to conclude by saying that they did not even consider reimbursing us for some of the nights we did not use because "there were no inefficiencies" Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful garden and pool, very kind and helpful staff. Large free parking area, free use of hot tub and sauna. The rooms have a small garden or balcony. The upkeep of the garden is impeccable.

Well functioning nice hotel. Can recommend.

Clean and nice pool area. Easy parking open 24h and free of charge. Area is nice.

Pillows where super flat and hard. Breakfast was great with so many options, but very slow in bringing new items if something runs out. Good food but very slow service.

Great stay near Riva del Garda! Nice pool area, great selection at buffet breakfast, can use bikes for free, garage parking, bus station also right outside the hotel, rooms have air conditioning. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was really good. The location was quiet.

The rooms that we had was completely different from the pics. It was dirty with old furnitures, kinda from the 90s. The bed had a strange position in the angle of the room.

Perfect place to have a peaceful vacation. Location is preferable to guests with the car, but if you love bicycles there is no problem, as for the Arco is 10-15 min and also for the big supermarket. Hotel has own parking and rent of good bicycles. At the evenings you can order pizza to Hotel and buy bottle of homemade wine on reception. Staff is great, helpful and kind. Our room was really cozy and clean with the great view to vineyards, can`t imagine nothing better to enjoy your vacation! :)

Dont hesitate to stay with Garni Al Frantoio

Beautiful hotel. Before arriving we were offred to change room from standart to deluxe with balcony and it was totaly worth it. Nice new modern room with comfy bed and balcony. View on mountains around. In the price included wellness, bike rental (possible to bike to Lago di Garda in about 45 minutes) and amazing breakfast. Nice new clean swimming pool in the outside garden. We really enjoyed our stay. Employees were increadibly sweet and welcoming.

Fine settimana ad Arco

Struttura accogliente e molto pulita. Stanze dotate di quanto descritto, letti molto comodi. Ho apprezzato molto il sistema di self check-in al totem che ci ha permesso totale elasticità negli orari di arrivo. Personale (presente solo il mattino negli orari indicati) molto gentile e disponibile ad esaudire le richieste degli ospiti e a fornire informazioni e consigli. Inquadrando il QR code che troverete in camera, inoltre, potrete accedere al regolamento del residence, informazioni sui servizi a vostra disposizione, consigli su attrazioni,attività ed eventi offerti dal territorio, lista di ristoranti/pizzerie convenzionati e altro ancora.

Premetto che la cosa è descritta e nota al momento della prenotazione. Non ho trovato agevole l'utilizzo della sauna e dell'idromassaggio posti all'esterno della struttura. Sarebbe bello creare un passaggio più comodo e veloce (magari coperto) per utilizzare il servizio nel periodo invernale. Attenzione inoltre alle pietre del camminamento che diventano scivolose per il ghiaccio.

Stanza molto accogliente, un giardino ad uso esclusivo della stanza su due lati molto carino, possibilità di check in a qualsiasi orario, parcheggio esterno molto ampio, struttura molto recente con bella vista in zona rilassante, belli i servizi sauna e idromassaggio a disposizione in qualsiasi orario

purtroppo l’unico difetto era che essendo nella stanza 1, molto vicina all’ingresso si sentivano spesso i rumori provenienti dall’esterno della stanza, l’insonorizzazione si poteva sicuramente migliorare. Nulla di eccessivamente fastidioso.

Entspannter Aufenthalt abseits vom Trubel

Das Hotel war super sauber. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz sowie (gegen Gebühr) eine Tiefgarage. Die Räder konnte man kostenfrei im Bike-Keller absperren. Neben einem Outdoor-Pool gab es außerdem einen Whirlpool sowie eine Sauna im Garten. Wir hatten ein kleines Dachgeschosszimmer ohne Balkon, waren jedoch super zufrieden damit: es war geräumig mit einem schönen Badezimmer und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Das Hotel liegt an einer (ziemlich) stark befahrenen Straße, weswegen man nicht ganz entspannt am Pool liegen kann. Der Check-In erfolgt komplett selbstständig und digital, womit wir uns am Anfang erst einmal zurecht finden mussten;) Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel etwas außerhalb von Arco (was wir allerdings bevorzugt haben).

Location curata, appartamento con vista montagne e piscina, brioches fragranti, parcheggio comodo, servizi ottimi, grande disponibilità del personale, comodità al trasporto pubblico.

Unica pecca le brioches a colazione non erano sempre immediatamente disponibili.

Mycket trevlig personal! Fint välkomnande och bemötande vid frågor. Bra utrustat kök. Rent och fint poolområde. Härliga uteplatser och välskött trädgård. Toppen med kaffeservering under dagen. Bra med sopsortering både på rummet och utanför. Privat parkering vid hotellet.

Inte mycket negativt, men saknade disksvamp och diskmedel i köket (toppen med diskmaskin men i den kan man inte ta allt). Sängarna var stenhårda och inte alls sköna att sova i. Inte sköna kuddar, de var alldeles för platta och gav inget stöd tyvärr. Är man frusen och inte klarar av att dela på ett större lakan i dubbelsängen, kostar extra täcken 5 euro.

Außer der Außen Anlage hat uns alles andere weniger gefallen. Die Zimmern mit Terrasse und Balkon sind empfehlenswerter.

Außenanlage und Pool

Es ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, und somit super laut. Die Unterkunft hatte zu wenig Decken zur Verfügung gestellt , insgesamt drei von fünf. In der Nacht keine Mitarbeiter aufzufinden. Erst am nächsten Morgen Decken erhalten. Wäsche waschen pro Wäsche 8€, Trockner ebenfalls 8€. Im Zimmer Raum 207 keine Terrasse , keine Wäsche zum Aufhängen möglich. Kissen und Matratzen viel zu hart.
