Clean, comfy, holiday.

a warm welcome, in this clean and comfy apartment. Very kind people, and every day a fresh breakfast. Recommended, bring a bicycle or electric step, and explore the area. An extra is that I asked for some extra deco (roses leave) for my GF, and for the owner this was not a big problem to manage.

there is not always a free parking nearby available (we use a lot the electric step) for so far it was for us not a big deal.

Fantastic place to be!

It is a great B&B. The owners are very friendly and helpful people. It is modern and very clean. The bed was great. The breakfast was a surprise every morning with fresh products. We highly recommend this location.

Everything was great. Our appartment was facing the garden and it was nicely quiet. The whole area was very calm. Breakfast were amazing. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. It was some 15-20 min walk to Arco center, so we enjoyed the calmness of the place and center not so far :). I hope to return one day :).

Beautiful property next to a little church, very light and spacious. Clean and fresh room with very nice and well equipped modern shower room. The host was very welcoming and friendly preparing a very well laid out breakfast every morning

Spokojne miejsce w bardzo dobrej cenie.

Bardzo czysty, jasny pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i poduszkami. Właścicielka była bardzo pomocna i, pomimo bariery językowej, bardzo starała się doradzić co można zobaczyć w okolicy. Śniadania standardowo serwowane były w godzinach 8:30-10:00, ale możliwe było zamówienie śniadania wcześniej. Właścicielka pierwszego dnia zapytała o nasze preferencje żywieniowe i dostosowała do nich jadłospis. Wypieki, sery, wędliny, naleśniki, owoce były bardzo dobrej jakości. Obok domu obowiązuję strefa ograniczonego parkowania - w godzinach 8-20 można parkować max. 2 godziny. Około 120 m od domu można parkować bez ograniczeń czasowych. Obiekt położony na obrzeżach Arco, okolica jest cicha i spokojna.

Pokój był dość minimalistycznie wyposażony w meble/półki.

Struttura accogliente dove tornare volentieri

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie 4 notti in questa accogliente struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è in un piccolo Borgo a breve distanza dal Centro di Arco, strategica per tutte le attività da svolgere in zona. L’edificio è stato integralmente ristrutturato di recente, con gusto e rispetto dell’antica struttura dell’immobile. La proprietaria è gentile, molto disponibile a soddisfare le richieste e pronta a fornire indicazioni su mete e percorsi della zona. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con ottime proposte cucinate fresche al momento. Gli ambienti sono molto curati nella pulizia, gli asciugamani sono cambiati ogni due giorni. Le camere sono moderne e confortevoli. Se avremo l’occasione, torneremo con piacere.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Gastgeberin hat sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben: jeden Tag ein frischer Kuchen, Pancakes oder Waffeln. Geschnittenes Obst, selbst gemachtes Joghurt. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön renoviert.

Die Unterkunft wurde mit so viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und es hat einen unglaublichen Charme. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantastyczny obiekt w zabytkowej, odnowionej kamienicy. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Łóżka wygodne i duże. Pokoje klimatyzowane co przy upałach daje duże wytchnienie. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Jedzenie przepyszne. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni! Polecam z całego serca!
