Excellent location and lovely accommodation

So close to shops and beach. Staff were very friendly even though we couldn’t speak Italian. They don’t speak English but I had translator that worked fine. Lake Garda is so beautiful in real person photos don’t do it justice.

The mosquito bites the whole family are covered but that not due to the accommodation but the area.

Nice location, very nice old lady who helped us a lot. Nice parking. Close to the center, calm location.

Hard communication, paid aircondition, forbidden to charge electrocar, but nice accomodation in the good location.

The accommodation was clean and the location was good. There is a nice balcony with a good view.

On the booking there is reported that there is possibility of charging electrocars in the accomodation. There were 2 charging station, but the landlady forbade us to use it and we couldn’t charge our electrocar. It was very hard to communicate with landlady. She spoke to us in Italian. After we tried to explain that we didn’t understand she used few words in German. If you want to use aircondition you must pay 5 € for a day.

super clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for 4 persons. kitchen was well equipped - except: there is no electric kettle, which is a must have for making tea etc. location also great, close to the city centre. we definitely would book it again!

Friendly owner and staff. Very clean accommodation. Close enough walking distance to Arco. Need to drive to riva del Garda. Quiet.

But expensive for breakfast at 9€ per person. But there are many options, she hand makes many treats and you can eat your fill.

Huge spacious appartment, parking right next to the house. There's dish washing machine and safe deposit box in the room. Evrth was just perfect.

Very nice and helpful host but she only spoke Italian and a bit of German. For long stay a washing machine would be handy but it was good as is for a shorter stay

Aaaaaamazing!

It felt like coming home and being pampered by your own italian grandma: we had bread, jams, different cookies and cakes: all homemade! We're definetly coming back!!!

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört das Sesselrucken vom unteren Stock. Bei der Anreise hat das Apartment sehr nach Rauch gerochen.

Struttura molto pulita e in ottimo stato. A due passi dal centro. Un 10 e lode alla signora Franca, disponibilissima ma soprattutto gentilissima e simpaticissima.
