Poor and lacking instructions made an otherwise ok stay rather unpleasant

its in a cute part of the old town the view from the windows is nice

communication with the host was horrible, i had read online that its self check-in so had asked the host in advance how the check-in would work and where we could park and unload the car. Never got a message regarding the check-in, when we arrived at the house we couldnt get in, I wrote the host on booking and a whatsapp, didnt receive a message for hours from him. Luckily a neighbour saw us standing lost outside so helped us find the key, otherwise we would have stood outside for hours. The host never apologized and was rude through whatsapp, he never sent any instruction to get in or for the check-out. Parking and unload instructions were horrible, which made us drag our luggage over a hiking path for 15 minutes. The bed is extremely soft, bathroom looks unfinished, room is very small, no bedside tables. The shared kitchen is very basic and lacking things so you can really cook and had rotting bananas in the fridge.

Wonderful

It’s perfect location for Arco, right next to town but at the same time quiet. The bed is very comfy, after 30 hours of traveling it was much needed. The community kitchen is pretty handy to make tea and to prepare snack but you can also cook if you want. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, he let me storage my luggage there after the check in. I would totally come back!!!

I was afraid about the steep and narrow road to park my motorcycle but it wasn’t a problem at all, I parked it right next to the property on a flat ground.

Location is great, free parking 5 minutes away at the parksite for the castle. The room was very clean and new but also quite basic (no addititional furniture to put clothes in). There is a common room with a kitchen and a freezer.

Positives : the place is extremely clean, the room is brand new, it is very close to the main centre of Arco, the location is extremely quiet.

Negatives : The parking thing can be a problem. Don't underestimate it. You never meet the host. Furnitures in the room are poor. The place is not expensive but neither that cheap

Very good

The apartment was perfect for one night. It has a good location close to the historical city centre and a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was very friendly, helpful and was very fast with replying. It was absolutely clean and although the furniture was quite minimalistic it was comfortable!

A really great stay

The location is perfect, the place is clean and close to everything you need, and the design of the rooms is cool and comfortable. The extra shared kitchen/dining room makes the place a real jewel.

If I have to pick one thing, it's that the rooms are not super isolated, so you can hear a bit of noise from the other rooms. Nothing a good pair of earplugs can't fix!

Struttura situata in buona posizione per visitare la città e i mercatini di Natale! Camera di buone dimensioni e bella vista sulle montagne, bagno pulito e dispenser con sapone

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a far scaldare la camera e abbiamo trovato il rubinetto del bagno abbastanza scomodo perché non avendo un filtro schizzava da tutte le parti una volta aperto.

13,5° appena arrivati alle ore 14, la stanza non era riscaldata da tempo infatti era umida, si sentiva umidità anche nel letto. Lenzuola con macchie, viaggio parecchio per lavoro e non mi è mai capitato da nessuna parte. Asciugamani non utilizzabili per via dell'odore di panni asciugati male. Prodotti da bagno inesistenti, dove invece era riportato nei servizi, a parte un semplice dosatore per mani. Chiamato la struttura per sentirmi dire che le lenzuola erano lavate ma le macchie non venivano via e per il riscaldamento, quando arrivato a 15 °, non era poi male visto che uno mica gira a dorso nudo in camera ..... No comment. Lavabo con sistema di rubinetteria artigianale, inadeguato e scomodo. Peccato, perché il posto è di recente ristrutturazione e carino. Gestione assolutamente bocciata. Da non ritornarci.

Bello, costa poco e la posizione é comoda per il centro di Arco.

Difficile trovare parcheggio. Stanza fredda al nostro arrivo e non c’é la possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento (si é scaldata piano piano il secondo giorno) Mancanza di asciugamani adeguati a farsi la doccia, cen’era solo uno piccolissimo e uno medio. Mancanza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Pernottamento dal 17 al 20 ottobre

In generale è andata bene. Balconcino ottimo, necessario per fumatori. Il parcheggio è a 100 metri dalla struttura, facile da raggiungere. La struttura è nella parte alta del centro storico. In eventi come quello del Rockmaster, dove l'auto resta parcheggiata, una tranquilla passeggiata di circa 10 minuti tra vicoli del borgo non risulta per niente impegnativa. A disposizione c'è un piccolo frigo nella cucina.

Lavandino non idoneo a lavare il viso. Cuscini sottili, quasi inesistenti. Piatto doccia basso, bisogna diminuire il getto d'acqua altrimenti allaghi il bagno. Stanza abbastanza umida e senza possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento.

Una CUEVA con olor a humedad. CUTRE.

La ubicación.

Cuando llegamos, descubrimos que la habitación era una CUEVA. Estaba a menos de 17 grados y no había manta. Le pedimos que nos trajera y nos pusiera la calefacción. Lo hizo obligado. El baño congelado también. Por supuesto, ni secador de pelo ni gel ni champú ni nada de aseo personal. Las toallas viejas, muy usadas. Sin armario, escaso mobiliario y de cualquier manera. Las dos ventanas que hay sin cortinas: dan a otra vivienda y no sabes si te están viendo. Realmente incómodo. Pero lo peor de todo con diferencia es EL INTENSO OLOR A HUMEDAD. Eso no puede ser bueno para dormir.... En definitiva, otro propietario que solo busca enriquecerse sin pensar en qué condiciones pasamos la noche. Es una vergüenza pagar para pasar frío y soportar ese olor a humedad. Ha sido una noche horrorosa.

Alles super, jederzeit gern wieder. Wir waren mit die Radl in Arco. Mit dem Auto zu der Unterkunft hinfahren ist wahrscheinlich wegen den engen Gassen schwierig. Auto könnte man aber unten parken.

Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, aber nicht mit dem Auto direkt erreichbar.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, keine Autos. Allerding konnte man nicht mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft fahren, sondern musste einen Wanderparkplatz nutzen und Glück haben, dass dort auch ein Platz frei war. Google Maps war keine Hilfe. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war mit Rollkoffern oder Taschen nicht gut erreichbar (Kopfsteinpflaster aus runden Steinen). Alternativ konnte man über eine Wiese die Unterkunft erreichen. Dies war aber auch nicht optimal, da diese nicht gemäht war und überall an der Kleidung Kletten waren, die man kaum wieder weggebracht hat.

Im Bad war der Wasserhahn einfach ein Rohr, welches aus der Wand kam. Die Handtücher waren fleckig. Sehr minimalistisch. Im Zimmer gab es einen Schrank, lediglich eine Stange, an der Kleidung aufgehängt werden konnte, kaum Stauraum. Ich habe einen kleine Kühlschrank o.ä. vermisst. Kein Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Für zwei Übernachtung war es okay.

Questo è il luogo ideale per trovare relax e profonda distensione, lontano dalla frenesia quotidiana

La zona è tranquilla e poco trafficata. Il parcheggio si trova a circa 500 metri, ma la passeggiata tra gli ulivi rende il tragitto piacevole. La stanza era perfetta, semplice e nuova. I rubinetti in stile industriale aggiungono un tocco particolare all'arredamento moderno, a noi sono piaciuti molto. Abbiamo alloggiato all'ultimo piano e siamo stati benissimo, godendo di una bella vista sui monti e sulla città. Essendo una Guest House abbiamo parlato solo tramite messaggi e telefono. Comunque sempre molto gentili

Purtroppo, la stanza affianco, durante la serata e nelle ore notturne parlavano a voce alta e tenevano la musica ad alto volume. Come in tutti i soggiorni adotterei frasi del tipo "Per garantire a tutti un soggiorno sereno, ti chiediamo gentilmente di rispettare il silenzio e il riposo di tutti gli ospiti, specialmente durante le ore notturne".

A due passi dal centro ad Arco, camera spaziosa e pulita, con una porta-finestra sul balconcino che fa entrare molta luce. Bagno grande e doccia comoda. Host molto cortese e disponibile.
