Good stay, some improvements needed

Location is great, 2 min walking from Arco city center, with parking (5€/day per car) inside the gated part of the hotel. Very good breakfast, continental style with sweet and savoury options; indoor tables or a nice little “indoor terrace” with windows. Our room was the “attic” option, which is above the breakfast area, and has only stairs (15/18 stairs) with no elevator, but the other rooms of the hotel can be reached with elevator. The room is big, bed is firm but comfortable, and has 2 types of pillows and extra blankets. It comes with air conditioning and heater. The bathroom is nice, there is soap (hand-body); there is a step to enter in the shower. There are not extra amenities (toothbrush, shower cap…). Cleaning is good and they are very accommodating with the time of parking (we left our car 4 extra hours after check out)

The room only has ceiling windows both in the room and the bathroom (2 can be open, one cannot). We had to ask direction to use the remote to control them, it wasn’t very clear. The biggest problem was the malfunctioning of the electronic key card to open our room (happened 3 times over 4 days, once at night and we had to call the emergency number), the staff was helpful but I do suggest to ask for a real key. Hairdryer is old fashioned attached on the wall, could be replaced, or better to bring your own. An extra light could be added. Definitely bring ear-plugs, people coming in late at night are not aware there’s a room above the breakfast area and the noise can be heard quite a bit. Plus there is some renovation going on, it wasn’t a problem for us because we were outside most of the time they were working.

by entering the room, we were not able to switch the lights on, I had to call and got the instructions that the card for opening the door need it to be used for the lights too. would be nice that it would be written somewhere near the card pocket on the wall.

Nice room and comfy bed. Good air-conditioning. For 5 Euros a day you can rent a parking space. Breakfast in general was nice as well. Good location, 5mins walk into center of Arco.

Excellent accommodation, value for money breakfast. Arco is a place for climbers and so the vibe is quite chilled. quite interesting mix of Italian and German/Austrian fusion food

The location is perfect, the historical centre and the path to the castle are just across the street. The double superior is very spacious and very cosy - in the attic with a view over the castle

Comfortable place and great location. The place runs by a lovely family, which are very kind and welcoming. They have a restaurant with good food, atmosphere and view. Close to the old city. All of us had great time. The kids wants to go back and already miss the staff

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay in the Arciduca charming house. Everything was perfect. The room was beautifull with a nice terrace. The WiFi worked perfect and the breakfast was amazing and served outside. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the town Arco and with private parking space for the car.

Superb

A perfect place to stay right in Arco city center, yet very quiet & private. Super conveniently located, in 1 minute your are right in the historical central streets, very nice walk the Arco castle or to Arboretum. Close to many climbing locations, as these are everywhere :). A nice, quiet, well equipped room, perfect free parking place, easy late-night check in a tastful breakfast selection as well.

I was a little disapointed by the quality of the coffee from an old automatic coffee machine during the served breakfast. The machine did not work well and the coffee tasted no good at all.

Exceptional

Very nice location keeping the charm of the past but with all modern features harmonious added. The garden for the breakfast is great. Also, breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants prepared by Cristina to whom I would like to thank a lot for her care in each and every morning. There are a pizzeria opened in the afternoon. Also, many other restaurants and shops around. I really recommend it.

Great location and value for money

Great location just a short walk from the town centre, but away from all the noise. Free and secure parking available on site. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and the pizzeria downstairs excellent.

Breakfast was good, though the room it's served in was a little crowded. Bed could have been comfier, but for a one-night stay it was fine.

Lovely little hotel with great breakfast.

Really is a charming little hotel. Lovely staff, comfortable bed and air con. We particularly enjoyed the little breakfast package in the morning. Good location with parking and a short walk to the very centre of town.

Not the thickest walls - our neighbours' children next door were quite loud during the night but thats no fault of the hotel!
