Good for families with kids, clean and large rooms. Location is really nice, but far away from the city centre of Arco.
The pool is quite small and usually full of kids.
I did not appreciate that we had to leave earlier than the usual time because other guests were coming earlier. Indeed, we had to leave around 9:30 instead of 11 o’clock of the morning. Also, on the arrival day, we arrived at 14 o’clock as declared to the staff, but no one was there so we had to wait 1 hour more to get in the facility.
Finally, you need to pay extra 5 euro per night for the air conditioner, which was surprising since it did not show on the website.
In the end,I feel I didn’t receive good value for my money, and I believe that the organisation of the residence should improve more (coordinating the cleaning time, the arrival time of all guests etc.)
