Character, quality of bed and bedding, location of the building and our room was great. Woodlands nearby fabulous. Food and wine exceptional
Unfortunately the dog belonging to the property was off his lead and gave my dog a scare as a very lively dog however everything else about the stay was wonderful.

Lovely building and grounds and very dog friendly
Have stayed here many times but this time was not the best. Beef for dinner was very chewy, the dog liked it though!!, local cheese had no taste, no shower gel in the bathroom with an odd shower over the bath, pretty sure we were not given a privilege deluxe room.
